Bought this since my silly mustache won't go away on its own. The machine its self is perfect, had no issues at all but do wish the cable was slightly longer. The silicone insert makes it easy to clean and keep contained, The add ons are so-so if Im honest, The after oil came completely busted unfortunately so I can't review that but the pre spray seems to do its job. Even though im sure the wax is the same but differently coloured I had a better experience with the dark blue over the pink

Wax does not stick! What are those moustaches enclosed are for? There is no explanations whatsoever. Very disappointed as this was a Xmas present for my sister who is staying with me.

So easy to use, turn up to full heat to melt wax then lower to desired temp for skin. I've actually loved using this and it's so cheap! I've actually waxed my hubby's leg too and thoroughly enjoyed it, seems to work better on longer hairs and is much easier to use on someone else but I guess with practice it would be easier

The heater is good. The wax is okay, the bags are kind of small, and the wax doesn’t stick that well, but overall a solid quality wax . However the green one irritated my nose and eyes i think it had clove oil or something. The worst thing was the sticks. They were small, oddly shaped and hard to work with.

I was a beauty technician for 25 years and bought real expensive systems. I have to honestly say this product and products ive received and used are as good as top brands out there.

I love this product - Waxing Kit -Digital Wax Warmer Machine for Hair Removal with 4 Packs of Hard Wax Beads. It works perfectly - there's not much else to say. The amount of wax beads given should last at least a few sessions waxing my legs and arms. However, it only comes with popsicle sticks and smaller wooden tools for applying the wax. This may not be big enough if you intend to apply wax to a larger area. I recommend making a separate purchase of silicone spatulas for wax application - it will save you a lot of time and hassle. If you need a recommendation: Patelai Wax Spatulas - 3 Pieces Non-stick Silicone Waxing Applicator for Hair Removal. The spatulas allow you to scoop a lot more wax at a time and apply to larger areas such as legs. If at least one silicone spatula was included in this purchase, I'd completely recommend this product.
