Quick Relief for Stubborn Cravings, But Mind the Kick!
Having battled with quitting both smoking and vaping, this Nicorette QuickMist has become my trusted sidekick in the fight against cravings! 🚭The best part? It's FAST. When that overwhelming urge hits, one quick spray starts working within 30 seconds - literally a game-changer when you're in those stressful moments that usually trigger a smoke break. The discreet size means it fits perfectly in my pocket or bag, making it my go-to solution for unexpected cravings anywhere. ✨However, I feel it's important to mention the initial throat hit - whew! 😮 The first few sprays can feel like you're getting karate-chopped in the back of the throat. While I got used to it after a few days, it's definitely something to be prepared for. The mint flavor is intense, which I personally like, but it might be overwhelming for some. The spray mechanism is reliable and the dose control (max 4 sprays per hour) helps prevent overuse, though I wish the bottle had some sort of counter to track daily usage. Also worth noting - you'll need to commit to the process and have genuine willpower; this isn't a magical solution on its own.Despite these minor drawbacks, I've found it significantly more effective than nicotine gum or patches for those sudden, intense cravings. The quick absorption really does make a difference, and I've managed to cut down substantially since starting.Verdict: While not perfect, it's a powerful tool in the quit-smoking arsenal if you can handle the initial throat sensation and commit to the process.

Far too strong for social vape users / smokers
Bought one to try and take me from social smoking to no smoking at all, but even a single spray burnt the back of my throat for a few minutes and left my chest tight and a nauseous feeling rising in my gut. It's very strong, and I guess aimed more at heavy smokers. For context, I've not had a cigarette in over a year and have been vaping low level nicotine fluid and sometimes using heated tobacco semi-regularly for 6-8 months.

Helps calming the cravings
I’m a long term vaper/ex-smoker and looking to finally quit all together. I’ve had a really positive experience with quickmist so far.Initially, the taste and burning sensation is quite strong but eases off over the first week. The hand to mouth movement helps a lot for me. Be careful not to over do it as I noticed some rush symptoms but other than that it’s really helped me!

It works but it's more addictive than smoking itself
Don't do it,It's more expensive than smoking, you become addicted to this more than having a cig. In less Than a year I've sprayed nearly 2 grand down the drain. I wouldn't of spent that if I was smoking, not even half.!! it's because it's handy and you will spray where you normally wouldn't smoke. It's a dangerous product, it does stop you smoking but it creates a much more expensive habit, and honestly I've been quit over a year with this product but I still haven't noticed the benefits of not smoking apart from not smelling of smoke. Also anyone I have offered a spray to throws up, you have to become accustomed to it, but once you do you become dependent on it.It does work but it's not worth it

Value for money
Trying to quit and find it expensive. This was much cheaper and is enough for a person to give up smoking.

Quickmist
I have to say, disappointed. After reading all the reviews on this product I had high hopes of having found something that would work for me but have regailed it to the list of things that don't do anything to help. I've tried inhalators, patches, gums, lozenges and now the mist spray. It obviously works for some and I hope you're one of the lucky ones who finds it helpful. However, I found it next to useless. The spray tasted okay. I tried first (following advice from another review) spraying in the cheeks, but it was so icy cold that it sent my sensitivities through the roof and was rather painful. After that, I followed the instructions carefully, spraying on the tongue being careful not to catch the back of the throat and it made me very sick indeed so I think I had a reaction to it. As for effect, there was no moment of relief or relaxation of craving. If anything it wound me up more - quite the opposite to the required effect. To make a good point, hence the star, it was easy to open and use. Not for everyone. Time to dig down deep and find a solid ream of willpower.
