Good Phone, But Don't Buy! If you're a traveler who goes abroad for short visits, don't buy it, or you'll be in trouble. My personal experience - phone for 13K with good features. It hanged a few times when I was on call, etc, but that was not the real issue. (To be fair, this doesn't happen now, because they seem to have fixed it in the recent updates) I was using this as a Business phone. All my contacts, cards, payment methods, etc. were set up on this phone. Basically my life was in this. I traveled to Malaysia from India this year for a 5 day trip. Landed there and put in a Malaysian SIM card for using there during my trip. Phone got locked immediately! Tried my best to unlock, but no option at all. The only option is to raise a ticket with Carlcare from ANOTHER phone with your flight ticket details etc. And they'll unlock your phone in 7 days. Luckily I wasn't traveling alone, I had a friend and a backup phone. I called up home, asked family to recharge my second phone for international, and then spend one day switching everything to the backup phone (not INFINIX). Some of the things were already set up, so I could get back online. Went to the Carlcare service center, gave them my phone, purchase details, ticket, passport and all the documents I uploaded to Carlcare. The girl sitting at the desk simply blinked, and said they can't do anything. I have to wait for 7 days! Managed to make it back home. (Phone got unlocked when I was just about to board the flight back, but I had stopped caring). Didn't get the time to call customer care back then, but I'm traveling again this week. Called up Customer care today to check if there is any way to send my details beforehand so that they can keep it unlocked. "Sorry sir, as per company policy, once you reach another network, you will be locked, then you'll have to do the entire process and wait for 7 days to get it unlocked. You cannot send your details prior to keep your phone locked. Service center also cannot do anything." I rest my case! Are you a business traveler? Good luck with Carlcare.

I love everything about this phone but im disappointed with the battery it drains faster faster than the old one
