grips work well and install is as advertised. I have purchased talons before and have always had the greatest of luck with these. I do wish they would come up with different colors and patterns. As to function and fit they work well and are an easy install. The only thing is the Gen 3 G19 strips around the finger grips. It is best to tuck them under the handle rather than go over when you install. in this way your grip texture will not feel weird when you wrap your hand around the grip. Talon is a high-quality tape and will last for years this is why I tend to purchase again and again for different Firearms.

Amazing hand feel

I had purchased the granulated grip version and installed on my Glock 19C and that was just a terrible decision on my part. The product itself was great, installed perfect and performed well on my draws, just as I wanted. However, I wore the granulated version for a day and it roughed up my stomach, and also started to ruin one of my brand new shirts. Again, all my fault. Each of these styles, Granulated/Rubber, have their purpose and the granulated should not be worn for IWB intent. The shirt grabs onto the granules, and so does your stomach and if you have some hair on your stomach, forget it. I requested a return, but I have yet to fulfill and I don't think I will because the item can't be used anymore and I don't want to put the seller/vendor through the hassle of restocking a whole new item because I couldn't figure out the verbiage of what I was buying; my fault. If you're buying this on a pistol that you only take to the range with you and use an OWB style holster, or on a leg drop holster, whatever the case may be, the granulated tape will be the better performing style. However, as you read above if its going on any weapon for IWB carry, get the rubber style. After I installed the new rubber style, I have never had any of the issues I had with the other. Both products are great, I shoot every other weekend and the tape has held up over the months of use. I also dry fire a lot, again the tape has held up and even through many various cleanings, where I personally use CLP all over the gun to get dust out of cracks and carbon build up off my mounted lights - I even try to remove dust/debris where the grip contacts the weapon all around the grip and still this tape has held strong. My recommendation is for the best install, use the wifes hair dryer and make sure you use it on the tape directly after install for perfect form fitting feel.

Have these on 4 pistols. Love them. Transforms the fit and comfort. Durable as well. In and out of sleeves, holsters, Pelican cases, grip/adhesive still in place. Improved shooting control on some smaller pistols that are hard to hold.

Good product, easy enough to put on the gun after watching a few youtube vids. Actually, I didn't think I needed this grip so much, my hands didn't slip much without these grips and my accuracy is pretty good. Still, Hickock45 seemed to like them and...well, it'd been a while since I bought a new gun-related item, so I thought I'd treat myself just after Xmas and try it out. I like it! There is a definite advantage and more positive feel I get with the grip on rather than without, the grip is not so thick that there's a real discernible "squish" to the feel. For reference, I probably had about 8,000 rounds on my Gen 3 Glock 19 without the grip and now have about 800-1000 rounds shot with the grips. While this product's not likely to fix anyone's problems with a poor or flimsy muscular grip (it's better to get some grip strengtheners for that and/or do a lot of pullups/deadlifts/farmer's walks for grip strength) it is nice to have a solid, positive feel on the gun. Only drawback I can think of is the price, $17 or so bucks for a thin piece of cut rubber (albeit very precisely cut rubber) seems a little much, but I do appreciate Talon's making a good, solid product.

Fits perfect. It’s an aggressive sandpaper like grip but it can’t be beat if you want a strong grip. This is the standard grip tape. Everyone else tries to be like it. It will really improve the shooting experience
