I feel like this vitamins had kept me healthier than before, they are a bit pricy but really helpful

I am 74 years old. I was diagnosed with osteopenia two years ago after a bone density. I immediately began taking these along with a comprehensive Bone Builder. Iast week I had another bone density test from the same provider. I improved 33%! This combo worked!

I really appreciate the "Total K2" supplement for the various vitamins included.

This seems to be the best K supplement I could find. It seems to be good value too, since other products have less purity. Why pay for capsules of cheap fillers when you can just get liquid drops of high potency vitamin? If you do the math, you actually get more for your dollar. Now for the bad news. The cap doesn't even fit. It sits lopsided and doesn't properly seal. And the bottle is only 1 ounce. That's very tiny. Still, it contains more vitamin doses than competitors with huge bottles filled with cheap fillers... but 1 ounce is still very tiny, and there aren't even any demarcation lines on the dropper to measure dosage. Very annoying, but overall it's still worth it. Get this one. The cheaper ones are a waste of your money. Spend it on actual vitamin, not on heavily-diluted products stuffed with cheap and disgusting fillers.

This has seemed to help with the circulation in my legs that I had hoped to increase by adding Vitamin K-2. I have had some mild heart issues in the past and like the reviews I have read about this product. Sometimes things like mood and brain fog are subtle and you don't realize for a few weeks or even months that you haven't experienced them for awhile. I think that is the case with this. It is easy to take, has no noticeable side effects and the thing is all of a sudden you realize you are feeling better in ways that are not shocking but are really important. You mostly notice the absence of other things that were concerning, and that's a good thing to keep aging at bay in an almost 80 yr old!

As per my doctor this is an excellent product to take. This was the second bottle I purchased and I believe it is a fair price

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It’s a multi K vitamin that cover the needed spectrum when taken with vitamin D3 supplements. If you want the calcium directed to your bones and teeth etc and not to your arteries K2 is essential. This brand is a full spectrum K2 and I trust it due to the high amount of vitamin D3 I take daily.
