These supplement capsules fixed my cycle and helped me manage my PMOS (formerly called PCOS). I usually take 2 capsules twice a day with meals and can feel it when I don’t take them regularly because then my PMOS symptoms return. I have even noticed how I feel less stressed when taking them. Great brand that offers high quality.

Still in the process of taking the supplement. It has definitely had more signs of effectiveness than inositol supplement by itself. The product is definitely quality and the price is as expected for the supplement. I feel like I might have more energy and less cravings. Worth a try if you have PCOS/PMOS

Initial review: I’ve been taking this product for 4 days so far, and I’m already noticing positive results. I haven’t been officially diagnosed with PCOS, but I do experience some symptoms like irregular periods, a rounder “moon” face, and hormonal acne along my jawline. I started taking it twice a day as soon as I received it. By day two, I noticed I felt significantly less bloated than usual. By day three, the acne along my jawline had started to calm down and clear up, and my face looked less puffy and more defined. So far, I’m really happy with the results, I don’t have much digestive issues taking this supplement and there is no bad taste! I plan to continue using it and will come back with an updated review after a month of consistent use and possibly adjusting my dosage.

PCOS girly here. 👋🏽 These actually WORK. I saw some reviews that said it worked instantly, but for me it took awhile lol. I’ve been taking them since the beginning of April (it’s now the end of Sept) and I’ve had my first cycle that started on its OWN- it’s been a year or so since it’s started on its own. That’s a big W for me. The last few months I’ve had to use medroxyprogesterone to get my cycle. My cycle isn’t heavy, it’s actually normal. No cramps, simple/normal flow, etc!! The pills aren’t hard for me to swallow and there’s been a few times I’ve missed taking them (due to travel). I haven’t experienced being nauseous or had any bad side effects. I don’t think it’s helped me lose weight either lol but I live a very high protein, active lifestyle. Within the past few months I’ve lost maybe 7 lbs, but again who’s to say it’s from this. My A1C was high, I was on the verge of being pre-diabetic.. but this in combination with Metformin has decreased my A1C from 5.7 to 5.3 (from April to July) which is a major jump. Eventually I want to stop taking Metformin and only take natural supplements and these have worked for me. Good vitamin/ sugar content. I have a lot of energy and no side effects so I’ll continue taking them. Glad my DR told me about these! :)

I will start by saying that I was diagnosed with PCOS in my early teens like a lot of other women and their first reaction was to put me on birth control. I never had the hair growth or struggle with weight like others did, but now that I am almost 30, I am noticing it's harder to lose the weight. I got this to see if I could take more steps to improving my own health along with diet and exercise. I am one of the people who did have the stomach issue side effect. It was slightly nausea, but also just some bloating feeling without actually being bloated, has and discomfort. I was taking all four pills in the morning on just a light breakfast, so I'm going to adjust that to see if it improves. I do really enjoy being on this supplement otherwise. I feel like it has regulated me a lot better, I have had less headaches, I feel more whole and my energy feels like it's more maintained throughout the day versus having such lows and highs.

This one is very effective ,I got pregnant taking this one very effective . Worth the money and tasteless .

I was waiting to write a review because even just a month on these is not enough for hormonal problems and I wanted to get the full experience. I have been on them now I think almost 4 months and LOVE these. I genuinely think they are working for my PCOS/hormonal acne. It's not a cure by any means but I have seen a huge difference in my face, I feel a difference in my mood and my cycle is more regulated rather than skipping months and surprising me randomly. I looked through a lot of different ones and I think for the price, you cannot beat this one! I will warn that these pills are huge, I believe you can open them and mix them if need be incase you have issues with pills and swallowing, they also have a weird odor when you open them but it's a pill. It's not like you can taste it. These have helped so much and I recommend them to anyone who's even curious to just try it out.

I am not sure what the bio mechanism of this product is but it does something. I have been on it for 2 weeks to regulate my hormones and have not changed anything about my diet. I am 49 years old and and 135 pounds. I have had an extensive history of PCOS without weight gain for the last 29 years. I thought I was experiencing perimenopause although my doctor said my lab work was normal. What could taking it hurt? Nothing in my mind . Not sure it it has done it's job but I have lost 4 pounds in 7 days, my period started 2 weeks after taking it out of the blue (I started it the day after my last period and it has been about 4 days ( mine are typically 2 and 1/2 days). Not really enjoying longer periods, or ones that come early but the weight loss is nice. I have been trying to lose it for 2 years, and my mood and energy level are much better. Not trying to get pregnant either, but this might have been helpful 16 years ago whem I was trying to get pregnant with my son and had to go through fertility treatments. Its worth the money to feel better than I have in the last 2 years and my sex drive is back too.

Amazing product! I highly recommend this product whoever trying to pregnant! Last 10yrs I’m trying to pregnant no results! But before finishing this one bottle I got pregnant but sadly I lost the pregnancy due to no heartbeat earlier. Even though I lost my baby, in my 40+ my body responds because of this product. I have PCOS. My cycles have always been extremely irregular since my period first came at the onset of puberty. I have never had regular cycles. I was diagnosed with pcos before I had my first child, and it was a miracle that I got pregnant (I ovulated on day 92 of the cycle in which I fell pregnant, no one can figure out why I got pregnant). We had been trying for a year and a half. After my first child, it took a long time for my period to return. We started trying as soon as I got my period again. After trying for 9 months (and only having about 3 irregular periods) I decided to give these a go. The month I started taking them, I had a period at 35 days (which is the shortest cycle length I'd ever had. I thought it was a fluke). Then the month after that, I had my period at 35 days again! I could not believe it. I'd never had anything like that in my life. The third month on them, I got pregnant with my daughter. Once I had her, as soon as my period came back I stared taking them again. This time I just took them for the reasons that I was curious to see if it would just help my PCOS symptoms in general. Yet again, as soon as I went on them, 35 days, bang on, pretty much every month. It is the strangest thing for me to have regular periods. For the first time in my life, I actually know what my body is doing, and it's actually predictable. If you have PCOS, it's definitely worth a try. I certainly still have a bit of testosterone imbalance, so it's not a magic cure. But it's helped in ways I never thought it would. It's not a gimmick. That's all I can say. Not if you have PCOS.
