. Good enough quality, no CD included
Arrived in Ok condition, corners and spine were a bit damaged. Would benefit from being a hard cover. Also pages are very thin and easy to rip so be careful. CD Was not included despite it listed in description.

Disappointing Quality for a High-Cost Book
Unfortunately, the physical quality of this book is disappointing despite its high price and I just receive it. Right from the first few pages, I noticed stains and binding issues. The print is uneven in places, and some pages look poorly trimmed or glued, which makes the reading experience feel cheap and careless—especially frustrating for an academic or professional title. A book covering important topics like commercial real estate deserves better production standards. I expected more for the price and purpose. Definitely not worth it in its current condition.

I bought the book because I am taking an online class taught by the author. It is a decent entry-level finance textbook. You need to be at least competent in simple algebra to understand the valuation concepts introduced but most college students should be able to handle it. Reading the book is almost as good as taking the class if you can already handle the math.

Everything you need to know about Real Estate and it's finance, in one Book. It is very explanatory and comes with many exercises at the end of each chapter, helping you to recall what you have learned.
