Good product, lots of positive reviews and great price. I bought the covers to go with the tiles. Easy to install on phone and added option of the family tracking app was handy.

Received today. So far is ok, does exactly what I wanted - shows where are my keys.

Simple to set up. They tracked our lost bags in transit abroad efficiently. They updated sporadically, which was actually fine for us, and to be fair the bags were in an airport, but ours didn't show 'real time' movement, which might gave been fun! A good product we feel.

Easy to set up, works really well

This is the third or fourth Tile I've bought. Always reliable and a long battery life. Now using them on my wallet, car and in my luggage.

Disappointed. Unless you are an intuitive phone wizzard, this is dire. No instructions in package. Instead, it's scan this, scan that, download the app to see if your alive and worthy, answer 20 questions, let yourself in for forensic interegation of all your life, just to locate your effing keys. Complicated, difficult to get any real meaning or understanding, full of extra ad-ons constantly pushed at you, even during set-up. Largely inexplicable unless you're a geek. Bought two, so I could track my keys. Er, BIG mistake - essentially unusable. And this, BTY, is a Which? best buy. I mean, really? What must the rest be like?!!! Given it's entirely confusing crap, will likely be flushing it down the loo, but likely won't be able to find it. COULD DO BETTER, ME THINKS.

Good service when it goes wrongI ordered a bundle and one tracker failed in weeks. I tried to resolve but ended up in the hands of customer service.Credit where it's due they replaced, so that's the biggie for me. Works a treat, when it does, app works and does more than you want in terms of 360 app, just stick to tile if you're always losing stuff, and be confident you get a replacement if you're let down.

Bought for our two cats I find this better than a tractive GPS as they run out of power so fastSo far have helped find our waywood moggies several times
