Bought this as a gift, recipient loves it, the built in USB C cable is really handy, can use the attached cable as input and put it and the other USB C port can also be used as input and output so won’t be an issue if they built in cable breaks. Build quality is good, battery life is stated and seems to be right. Really easy to use and fits in your pocket great.less features on this one than the larger square ones but does the job

I’ve always had good experience with the Ugreen brand so was pleased to find that this device lived up to expectations. It was only 26% full on delivery so needed a good charge itself before using it, but otherwise my experience has been positive. It is fairly compact, and lighter in weight than some other USB power-packs which makes it good for travelling. There is also a very handy USB-C cable built into the unit, and which tucks away neatly along one side when not being used. There is a useful digital display on the front and good functionality, but the most attractive feature for me is the 30W charging capability. That allows fast-charging on many devices, though not the super-fast charging levels that some modern phones can handle. A separate USB-C cable is included in the box too, along with some instructions which are okay apart from the very small font which means that many will need to reach for a magnifying glass.

Had an issue with the first one I purchased where the power button gets stuck against its cutout in the down position. After getting a new unit it was very much apparent it should've not been like that, and I trust it was a one-off defect. While testing the power button I seemed to have discovered the hidden faces it mentions on the box. While the screen is on: Press the power button five times to get a crying face ;( Press the power button seven times or more to get an angry face >:( Hopefully that adds some fun for other people!
