I had a couple of cheap plastic shirt hangers that dropped fl;at to the wall when not in use. These eventually gave up the ghost, due to the plastic hardening and degrading, and I couldn't find anything like them until now.These hangers are of a much higher quality, fairly easy to put up, simple to use and give me a place to hang things whist getting changed before folding flat to the wall.

This was just what my daughter needed to hang up my two year old grandaughter's little dresses. It is a very clever idea. It does not protrude too far from the wall so is placed over a book shelf, yet takes about ten of her little outfits. It is easy to select the appropriate outfit for the day but yet is not too obtrusive.

These hangers are amazing. My friend helped us mount them in our tiny flat, and they have added the equivalent of a whole wardrobe to our room. We bought two, and my fiancé uses them to hang his work clothes on. They can hold 20 shirts at a time - I am sure they can hold more, but we haven't gone much past that. Very strong, versatile for smaller spaces. Great hangers!

Bought this product to replace an old one that broke. The previous one gave many years of service but eventually the plastic gave way.The product is great and does what it says on the tin. It will take a lot more hangers than it looks but be careful not to overload it from a weight point of view. The strong metal rod is mounted in a plastic moulding which will take quite a lot of weight within reason. It works well so recommend it.

I use it in my utility room to hang dry my tops that need to hang on a coat hanger to dry, it is perfect,easy to put up and takes at least 10 hangers.I love it.

Have this as an addition inside my fitted wardrobe would highly recommend as it saves space and can fold away.

I've had one of these for a couple of years. I have a very small flat & I put it over a radiator & use it to dry clothes on hangers. It works great. Lots of uses. A couple of reviews say it feels a bit flimsy but trust me it's not. It's strong & really easy to fold down when not in use. I love it so much I've just ordered a second one.

Great idea and just what we were looking for. Unfortunately a design flaw exists in that the hinge easily comes out of its housing causing the whole thing to collapse. I cut a couple of pieces of plastic and super glued them over the hinge housing and that resolved the problem. Don't understand why they don't make it that way or else they need to find a better way of retaining the hinge rather than the simple friction fit they currently use. I guess for £12 it's unreasonable to expect too much. Shame though because it spoilt an otherwise great product. The good news is that the makeshift hinge retainer is holding up well and the product is in everyday use and very effective for drying clothes over the range. If there was a metal equivalent I would definitely buy it.
