Great product by transparent labs hands down. I have been using this before every workout for a few weeks now. The chocolate flavor is very palatable and even better if mixed with milk. It does have a bit of a difficult time mixing in and there’s usually some left undissolved no matter how long I mix it in but I find that that doesn’t bother me very much. I’ve also been noticing a big improvement in my energy levels and muscle growth. I’m finding myself to be less sore after my workouts allowing me to get back in the gym quicker. It is a bit pricey but it is worth the money to know it is clean ingredients with third party testing. Definitely will be buying again.

I've tried my fair share of protein powders over the years, and Transparent Labs has truly set a new standard for me. From the moment I first mixed a scoop, I was impressed. The mixability is absolutely fantastic – no clumps, no gritty texture, just a smooth, consistent drink every time, whether I'm using water or milk. But it's not just about how easily it mixes; the taste is genuinely delicious. I usually opt for the Chocolate or Vanilla, and they both hit the mark perfectly without being overly sweet or artificial. It actually feels like a treat after a tough workout, not a chore to get down. What really makes Transparent Labs stand out, though, is their commitment to high-quality, transparent ingredients. Knowing exactly what I'm putting into my body, with no proprietary blends or artificial junk, gives me huge peace of mind. I've noticed a significant improvement in my recovery, and I feel like I'm getting clean, effective fuel for my muscles. Plus, the fact that it's grass-fed whey isolate is a huge bonus. If you're looking for a premium protein powder that delivers on taste, mixability, and most importantly, quality ingredients that support your fitness goals, look no further. Transparent Labs has earned a permanent spot in my supplement cabinet. Highly, highly recommend!

Here is my unpaid, unbiased review: Strengths: -The biggest strength is that TL goes out of its way to ensure and show that their protein is free of significant contaminants, which is something I was looking for. The Informed Protein and Informed Choice labels are good, but the real star of the show is the readily available CoAs which appears to be an unparalleled practice. I wish every brand had these. -28g of protein is very good. Many other “clean” brands I found have 24 or fewer grams. And you know it’s actual protein. -The texture is good, very smooth with minimal clumping. I have used both a shaker bottle and automatic blender bottle with similar results. -Chocolate flavor is decent, I’ve had slightly better but way worse. Reminds me a lot of Premier Protein’s chocolate flavor. Areas for improvement: -This is like picking out pimples on the face of a supermodel, but I believe NSF Certified for Sport and Informed Sport are both more stringent than Informed Choice. I’d like to see one of those make it on the label instead, even at the cost of being slightly pricier, but again, not a huge deal. -There’s also no typical amino acid profile I could find available on the website. Some other brands have this. It’s not something I pay attention to, but there’s someone out there who does, I’m sure. -For people who don’t like stevia or sunflower lecithin, those are in the flavored varieties. I couldn’t care less about these, though. -The flavor isn’t perfect - the balance between stevia and cocoa seems to lean a bit more towards the stevia side, but maybe that’s just me. Or else it’s because cocoa powder has to be minimal to minimize heavy metal contaminants. -It is a bit foamy at first after mixing, but quickly settles down after 1-2 minutes. But I cannot emphasize enough how nit-picky this is. Overall: great protein powder supplement, I plan to use this for the foreseeable future.

I've been using this protein consistently and it's easily one of the cleanest and highest-quality whey isolates I've tried. The ingredient list is what initially sold me - no artificial sweeteners, no dyes, no fillers, and it's gluten free, which makes it feel a lot "cleaner" than most protein powders on the market. In terms of performance, it mixes really well with no clumping, and the texture is smooth- not gritty or chalky like some other brands. It's also very easy to digest. I haven't experienced any bloating or heaviness after drinking it, which makes it easy to use daily. One thing I really like is how satisfying it is after drinking it. It actually keeps me full for a while, which makes it great for busy days or when I need something quick that holds me over. I don't find myself getting hungry again right away like I have with other protein powders. Taste-wise, it's good but definitely on the cleaner side rather than super dessert-like. It's lightly sweetened( not overpowering), so if you're used to very sugary protein powders, this might last a bit more natural. I actually prefer that because it doesn't feel artificial or leave a weird aftertaste. One scoop gives a solid protein boost ( around 28g), and it fits easily into any routine. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or already experienced in the gym, this is a reliable, no-stress protein that makes it easy to stay on track. The only downside is the price - it's definitely more expensive than average protein powders. But you are paying for quality ingredients and a cleaner formula, so for me it feels worth it. Overall, I'd highly recommend it if you want a clean, high-protein, gluten-free whey isolate that mixes well, digests easily, and doesn't taste overly artificial. It's become a staple in my routine.

This is the best whey isolate I've used. It is easy on my stomach, tastes really good (I don't like the strawberry milkshake flavor), and blends well. It is very slightly clumpy if I don't shake enough because I am in a hurry. I drink with Malk unsweetend almond milk, and it is really tasty. I stopped drinking with non-fat or low fat milk as it made me really full and bloated. It is more expensive than the other 'optimum' brand I was using.
