Great for cycling
I use this for cycling along with normal frame bottles. The belt and bottles stay put. Easy to access. Not exactly aero but great for touring/bike packing

hydration belt
This is a very good quality belt, however it does work loose when running which results in the belt moving round your waist. Also the front two bottles did catch on my arms as I was running, i would still recommend the belt but perhaps consider the two bottle option rather than the 4. I removed the two front bottles and was able to get a better fit.

Very good
The only thing that got me through 22 mile marathon training runs! Would be 5 star if there were some elastic holders for gels, or a pocket large enough for them, had to wear a flip belt as well for gels and food! But very good, very little bounce and a large capacity for hot days, I never ran out of water!

Hydration belt review
I purchased this item as the other product I orginally wanted was out of stock, the bottles are of a good size, the pocket is a little small only enough room for 3 gels and a key. Belt does tend to come loose as you run and I have had to tie knots into the elastic to stop it from falling down as I run.

Useless. Bottles are not very secure and have a tendency to pop out when running.
