Picked this up mainly for sous vide cooking, and it’s been spot on. It gives you a strong, tight seal every time – no air bubbles, no floating bags – just exactly what you need when you're dropping something into a water bath for a few hours. I’ve sealed everything from steaks and chicken to veg and even marinades. The “moist” mode is brilliant for anything a bit juicy or pre-seasoned, and I’ve not had a single bag come loose or leak in the bath. Just make sure you properly press down the lid until it clicks – that’s key to getting a solid vacuum. It’s also got a built-in cutter which makes life easier when using rolls. The starter bags included are decent quality and got me going right away. Although I mainly bought it for sous vide, I’ve ended up using it for general food storage too – batch-cooked meals, bits for the freezer, even opened snacks. Keeps stuff fresher for longer and cuts down on waste. Only slight gripe is that delicate items can get a bit crushed, but that’s kind of expected with vacuum sealing – just need to be a bit careful. All in all, if you’re into sous vide or just want to keep food fresher for longer, this is a cracking little machine for the price.

fantastic little machine great suction power, quick, lightweight,nice large size bag holder,has several options, easy to use, but the best thing is it is fairly quiet. compared to some. It comes with 2 spare parts and better still ,if needed INK BIRD sell spares that fit the machine, perfect 10/10

Where to even begin... this product is seriously going to change my life, and I totally wish I'd gotten it sooner! For my first go, I put marinated chicken in the bags and set it to moist, and it vacuum packed perfectly without sucking out any of the marinade. It's so simple to use and does the job really well. I love that it has changeable settings, making it super versatile. It's really compact, light, and easy to store, but tough enough for the job. And I love that it comes with a spare heat plate and seal! Thanks, Inkbird, I'm loving this product!!

Got this specifically to seal 3d printer filament spools. After a little practice got it to work well. Note for big items like printer spools, you need to lean slightly on the sealing part of the unit to get a good seal.

I love this! I'd never used a vacuum sealer before but the instructions are really clear and easy to follow. I was able to literally just plug it in and use it straight away. It comes with good-size bags so you have everything you need , and the machine comes with a setting that allows you to use different brands of bags also. The vacuum was quick and quiet and very impressive. Then closes with a perfect seal. I've yet to use it for anything wet but there is a setting for that. It seems well made and like it'll last a long time. I'm excited to try more things with it!

Really impressed with how easy this vacuum sealer is to use, straightforward buttons and a good seal every time. Managed to pack up some leftover pulled pork and seal it perfectly for later, and bags were then reheated in a sous vide I borrowed from a mate and the bag held and the flavours were great. Loads of different settings so seems a good build quality and kept food fresh. Simple to function and a decent speed too!

This is a super easy to use vacuum sealer. It sealed the chicken up with one button. It came with some bags so that is handy. I have another vacuum sealer that is a pain to use so I am happy I changed it for this one! It's also light, good quality and and a good size.

Don’t buy this vacuum sealer. Waste of money! The bag was burnt and glued to the stripe
