can a 2 year old ride the motor bike?

This is a small plastic model to assemble and paint. Not for a 2 year old kid.

Are the instructions for this model in english?

Mine has instructions in English, German and, French.

Is this kit factory sealed?

Yes it appeared to be factory sealed. It was a gift so I have not followed up on the product quality with the owner since it was given.

I believe the parts came colored (?) at least the red. I used Tamiya primer and did it in yellow enamel. You could use acrylics as well.
