Not sure if like it for sharpening mower blades, but ive used it for sharpening axes and works well for that.

Do not buy these items. The plastic on them is crap. I used all 3 sharpeners and did not get 1 of my lawnmower blades sharpened before they all broke. It sounded like a good idea but the quality is severely lacking. I started a return but I would have to spend 2-3 dollars in gas just to get to the closest UPS store and get back home. Not worth the trouble. Do not buy this crap.

Ok in a pinch but not great Used to touch up some blades that I couldnt remove from mower due to stripped spindle nut Was in hurry and did not have the tools handy I needed to remove the stripped nut These gave me a bit more of an edge but they don’t remove much material takes some pressure And angling the bit

Help keep my blades sharp for the season. Simply put on your drill and run them down the blade. I had some large gouges in my 42” ride on mower and while the gouges are still there (talking 3/8 inch) it helped sharpen them and flatten them. I am still on the first one after multiple sharpening so they last. Good quality.

Easy first time trying. Normally just buy a new blade. Was able to hold in one hand and sharpen with the other. Just make sure direction of wheel is set to rotate away from your body. Lack of clamp. Sharpen better then a new blade in my opinion. Fun mowing the lawn without it having trouble though tall grass, like 6 inches weekly. Did not have a clue my blade was so dull until now, and make sure to balance blade. I just hung it on a screwdriver to see if it teetered one side or the other. First time one side feel down, but after taking a little bit more off that side it was ready to go.

Item broke apart right away when attempting to sharpen lawnmower blade. Blade was removed from machine in advise and after 2 passes with this sharpener it fell apart. Don’t waste your money on this product.
