Installed in a 2020 Honda Accord, which is notorious for having an ill equipped sound system from the factory. I switched to Infinity door speakers and tweeters a couple months ago to start doing something about it. While it improved clarity in the mid range and highs by a significant amount, anything under around 100hz is quite literally absent. Since I went with Infinity speakers, I figured that going with an Infinity sub would make the most sense. But I have a baby on the way, so I didn't want to run a box like I normally would and lose stroller space in the trunk. So it really just came down to the standard Basslink and the Basslink Mini. Given the price and the fact that I was just trying to fix the frequency imbalance, I settled on the Mini. Installation was pretty standard. I like that you're able to pull high level signal so you don't have to run a separate line converter. I just connected it to my front speakers which I know get the full frequency range. Soldered everything together to make sure all the connections were solid, mounted underneath my pax seat, and I was ready to roll. On first test play, I was blown away. The auto-on feature works flawlessly, and this thing packs a punch. The bass is tight and responsive. I still have a lot of tweaking to do, but since there's enough room on the adjustments, I have zero doubts I can dial things exactly to my liking. With the gain at about half, I'm running the remote at around 25%. This is enough for me for most types of music I listen to. I could easily turn it up and the bass will still come out clean, but again, my main concern was bringing balance to my system. I don't really care about blowing the windows off my car.

Till the day when i have upgraded my OE spekares with Infinity kappa components and coax , i desperately wanted to install subwoofer , since my Isudar PX6 with DSP HU had low level sub woofer out it was pretty easy as well, i went ahead and got myself this Basslink Mini underseat sub and installed it myself. Let me tell you for a compact hatchback or sedan the Basslink mini is a great solution to enhance the lows , does its job pretty well and produces excellent bass without distortion. Bang for the buck product. Do not expect it to sound like a 1000W dedicated subwoofer though.

Cumple con las espectativas, cabe perfecto bajo el asiento y no requiere de conección directa a la batería.

Decent Bass, in-depth punch without distortion or vibration. I use Jbl component speakers along with it. Which gives perfect sound clarify . Good choice for users who need uderseat sub to save space. An Advice to the people who are planning to buy this , please do proper damping in your car to reduce distortion and studio feel. Place this under passenger seat.Use quality wiring kit with fuse.Do proper sound tuning as there is preset option in back side panel.
