I recently purchased these Fastrack EarPods from Amazon, expecting a quality product from a reputed brand. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Right out of the box, the setup process was unnecessarily complicated. Unlike most earbuds in this price range, these were not plug-and-play. It took me a while just to get them connected to my phone, and the user manual didn’t help much – it was vague and poorly written. To make things worse, only one side of the EarPod is working. The other side is completely dead – no light, no sound, no response even after charging for hours and trying multiple reset methods. I even tried updating my device and re-pairing several times but nothing worked. This kind of issue is not expected from a brand like Fastrack. I have used other earbuds in the past – even cheaper models – and they’ve worked better than this. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic functionality and ease of use. Amazon should seriously reconsider allowing such defective and low-quality items to be sold on their platform. I am now in the process of returning this item and will not be recommending it to anyone. Verdict: Not worth the money. Poor design, complicated setup, and one side not working right from day one. Avoid this product and go for something more reliable.

A lot of people returned it immediately, but I managed to fix it with a few steps. 🔧 Here’s what worked for me: - Charged the case fully to 100% - Did a manual reset of both earbuds (hold touch sensors for 10–15 sec) - Played a video, switched audio to phone speaker, waited a few seconds, then switched back to earbuds - That fixed the audio stutter and got both earbuds working - Only issue left: right earbud LED doesn’t blink, but it works fine otherwise 🎧 Sound is solid for the price—bass is deep, and gaming mode helps with video sync. But needing to troubleshoot fresh out of the box isn’t ideal. 📝 If your right earbud isn’t working or audio is breaking, try these steps before rushing to return. It saved me time and now everything works.

Awesome sound quality and values for money better then other 1.5k buds

The Fastrack Fpods FZ100 are fantastic overall. The sound quality is clear and balanced, with good bass that makes music and calls enjoyable. The build material feels premium and durable, and the earbuds are lightweight and comfortable for long hours of use. Connectivity is smooth, and the design looks stylish. The only minor issue is that the charging time seems to slowly increase over time. Still, for the price and performance, these are a great pair of wireless earbuds.
