Not for the Faint of Heart, But Perfect for That Someone Who Likes to Show a Little Extra;)
Let me start by saying, make sure you reference the seller's sizing chart in order to avoid disappointment. I'm 5'10", 180 lbs., and have a 33" waist, so I ended up buying a Large. After adjusting the side straps, the pair fits perfectly! Even though the seller offers a range of colors, I went with the classic white, and I'm thrilled with that color choice. I've always wanted a pair like this since I saw something similar in Int. Male catalogs when I was an early teen, and I was finally able to make that fantasy come true:) The fabrics used in both the pouch and the straps are soft against the skin and have enough stretch in them to not cut in. Regarding quality... the pair seems to be well made. The stitching looks good (see images), and after a couple of outings, they seem to hold up nicely. The "pouch" in the front is subtle. It does kinda flatten the package, especially if yours is above average size as well. But the peek-a-boo aspect makes it worthwhile:)

Bad measurements
I’m a size 33, I bought a medium and yet even after tightening it it doesn’t fit me. The front is way too loose with no way of tightening it. You can only tighten the sides. I tightened it until I heard it ripping and it was still too big
