It cools!
Pros: It does what it claims, and it's a fairly long-lasting effect. The powder creates a cooling sensation as it soaks into your skin. It takes a little while for it begin working, but the effect lasts longer than other cooling remedies that I have tried.Cons: The can came dented. The smell is a bit medicinal.

Prickly heat
It provided my daughter (who is in the military) some much needed relief - for a small period of time. Not long lasting relief, but she still appreciated it!

It does releive symptoes but its not a cure
The powder has a Vicks like smell and it does have a cooling sensation and eliminates itching for a bit. Also it helps to keep Dry, however it did not cure the heat rash itself. As I am allergic to most stuff, it worsen it. Really I needed steriods the get rid of the rash.

Life saver!
This was a life saver for my child who went to military training! A must have for hot humid conditions!

Was gritty feeling and actually iritated my skinn (heat rash).

It works like magic it
My husband and I have heat rashes for over 20 years. We find this powder and applied it for about 3 times, rashes almost all gone. And the itchiness calmed right away when we put it on. You won’t be disappointed with this product.

Cure heat rashes, itches etc
This product is amazing, it cure my best rashes on neck area and it’s good for every day use on a hot day
