Clean floors with 2 dogs!
So glad we were able splurge for this product. It's been working on our floors for about 6 months now. Does it lose Wi-Fi signal? Yes, fairly often the last few months. Does it work every scheduled cleaning? Not really. Does it work on carpet and rugs? Nope, not at all. Does it get tangled up in boots and shoes? Sometimes, yes. So what?! It does a way better job keeping floors clean than i can. I just do the scheduled maintenance it tells me to do in the app, untangle it when it gets stuck, and connect the Wi-Fi a few times each week. It's a lot to do, but worth it. It's kind of loud, too. This annoys my family, but i just tell them I'll get rid of it if they sweep and mop the house every day instead! No takers. It was easy to set up using the app. The app has had some weird updates since purchase and some of them make it better, others have been worse. It still mostly works. It certainly helps if you're mechanically inclined, however, if not the videos will guide you through removing and replacing filters, brushes, wheels and other parts. It also gets stuck under low things, like our dishwasher. But an update recently made options for exclusion zones which solved this problem. It still scares the dogs a little when it bumps into them, but at 80 pounds each, it doesn't hurt them. Highly recommend if clean floors are your dream, not your reality.

Does its job well
Fantastic at cleaning. It is an utter work horse so far. That being said it gets stuck on every cord in existence and when it gets stuck it gets really stuck. I have 2 cats and a shepherd, so the fur never ends. The only place I see hair in the whole house is the stairs. It has also been maintenance free aside from swapping the garbage bag and changing water. My previous vaccuum didnt have a station to deposit and it would fill daily and I would have to pull the rollers out and clean with a knife to get them functional again. The mopping function is famtastic and I could never go back. I went from wearing shoes to barefoot. Also based on what others have said. I can see the lack of navigational intelligence which is mildly frustration. However, it is much cheaper than the same vaccuum with those features so its a cost benefit analysis. Setup was very easy and the app is well designed for this vaccuum. It is confusing more because of the complexity of the device than because the ui is poorly designed. As time goes on and if I remember I will update this as I see its long term viability.

Update August 2025 from June 2025 Review - excellent customer service.
New Review: The C20 is still not a very good unit for the price in my opinion BUT the customer service for this company is phenomenal, and the best customer service I’ve dealt with. So I was outside of my return window as you see in the post below, they contacted me and offered a full refund OR a new unit of the next model up, the S1. I took the next model up because I genuinely wanted a working vacuum mop. Well the next model was better but had a dripping problem. They send me the replacement part for free!! So in all a got the new model plus the fixed part for free. Both of them. And now it works great. I love it. I’m so thankful, this was an answered prayer, praise God for kind people and companies that care. Regina was my customer support rep and she is truly a kind person. Really thankful. So the C20 unit is still about a 3 but the company itself is a 5/5. Old Review: This company uses reviews from all their products under one listing. Very misleading. For context I used a shark vacuum and mop in one before this. I rather use that than this. I got this for one floor of my house while my shark does the other. Pros: Map is good, mopping is good enough, changing the water is easy, the app is cooler than other apps I’ve seen. Cons: Not a super good at vacuuming. Gets caught and stuck constantly. Constantly malfunctioning (my Shark never malfunctions), it is ALWAYS giving me error messages, it’s tiring. It doesn’t clean well enough for the error messages. I wish I saved my money and purchased another shark. Since it “works” well enough I won’t give it 1/2 stars. I just don’t believe in its value for the price. I thought I was getting a 700-800 robot on sale for 400. No, this is $300 vacuum being marketed for $400. It feels like a scam. And it’s too late for me to return it (that’s my own fault, not on the company).

Edit: Support has reached out to make it right, they have replaced the entire unit and the new one is flawless. Does a great job of cleaning, wish it had better objext avoidance but it does a good job regardless. Original: Vacuum mode works great but the mop disposal is broken, says "abnormal water level in dirty tank" and refuses to continue. So far support has been stone walling me with questions and canned support responses asking for videos of the unit, when the issue is internal while docked. Want to love it but can't even test it properly. Edit: Been days since contact and 0 help from Eufy after intial "send us proof" Avoid this product/company and get something reliable since support won't help out.

Excelente producto. Tardó mucho más de lo estipulado en el inicio del pedido y hubo unos detalles con la información que asigna Amazon y la paquetería que me generó estrés y mala impresión del vendedor. Sin embargo el vendedor muy amable se comunicó conmigo y me dió datos correctos del envío y la posible fecha de llegada. Super bien embalado, producto nuevo, alta calidad. Super fácil de poner en marcha. Ahora ya está limpiando y es muy fácil de usar. El segundo artículo de este tipo que tengo. El primero me duró dos años (otra marca más económica) esté se ve de mucho mejor calidad y espero dure mucho tiempo. Muy satisfecha!

At first the robot worked flawless. I would run the vacuum at least twice a day, cleaning our bedrooms first thing in the morning and the living spaces at night. After the first week is when all the problems started to occur. The robot would clean the rooms out of order. Then it would clean a room that was not selected. Third it would outline the edges of all the walls of every room, and clean half the room before proceeding to another room. Fourth the bumper stuck error would show up but the bumper wasn't stuck. Last the robot couldn't locate it's position before going to a room that it was assigned to clean. I had no issues with the wifi, there was light I the room and no obstacles. Oh I forgot, the robot would run over my foot when I was sitting down eating. Customer service didn't help. They tried at least. I ended up returning it and purchasing the 10 omni pro because the ai obstacles detection. Hopefully it's an improvement
