Easy to install by yourself if u follow the instructions given in the booklet
Superb Chair,All tools and screws provided with the chair ,you can install yourself but will take an hour o so,great comfort too

DO NOT BUY IT
Worst chair ever. The incline does not work, the wheels are flimsy, the massager is ineffective. With use of merely few months, it has become lose and very uncomfortable to use. DO NOT BUY IT. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND ENERGY TO EVEN DEAL WITH A PRODUCT SUCH AS THIS.

The media could not be loaded. It's just one month of me buying this chair and it has already begin to fall apart. First one arm rest came off now the tilt in back in not working properly. And there is no service or customer support for a 16K chair.
