BX-Series USB-C Bike Light Set - Front and Back - 12Hr Max Long Lasting Rechargeable Headlight, Bicycle LED for Night Riding, w/14hr Max Rear Taillight

I've been using these lights for the past several weeks almost daily. I have about 600 miles of riding with the lights as of this review. I mostly use the lights as daytime running lights on my road bike training rides. In flash mode, the front light runs for about 7 hours before the LED under the power switch changes from green to red. The front runs for approximately 1 hour once power switch LED turns red. I've run the rear light for about 10 hours between charges. The lights are fully charged after roughly 90 minutes with a USB C lightning cord on a phone charger. The quick release straps on both light look to be durable and flexible enough to work on differently sized handlebars and seat posts, and are easily moved between different bikes. Though I have yet to use the lights during a rain, the charging ports on both lights look to be watertight after 4 charging cycles. Both lights are plenty bright for nighttime riding. I've only used the lights on flash mode, as the nighttime riding I do is in a small city (28,000) with adequate street lighting/visibility. The lights are reasonably price for what you're getting. I would be comfortable buying another set of these lights in the future.

So, first off I would like to say as the review states, this is literally the best late I've ever owned for my bike, or in general. It is very bright, I really appreciate the different settings, especially the last one that has a constant light but too small amber lights that flash. Because I'm the type of cyclist that doesn't to annoy the crap out of drivers with bright flashing, but still want to be seen. I have used this light for about a month now on just a few bike rides, and I also take it with me when I walk my dog at night. It has proved excellent for both uses. This is where the but in the title comes in... Today, before going out on a walk with my dog, I had to take it off of my bike handlebars. So with this light you have to pull back on the rubber strap to release the hook that hooks into one of the holes kind of like a belt. I've done this maybe like 3 or 4 times since I've gotten the light as usually it stays on my bike, but occasionally I want to take it off if I need a light for walking my dog. Anyways, as I did this, the rubber tab on the end immediately snapped off.. now, the light stayed on my bike handlebars, But only because it was hooked on one of the last holes before it ripped. It was really disappointing, because now it potentially means I cannot use it on my bike anymore. And I really like the light enough that I still want to use it, but I really don't want to have to buy a whole other light just because of the rubber tab issue. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING: definitely do it, I have no regrets of buying it, I'm still going to plan to use it,

I spent a lot of time on choosing bike lights on Amazon, then returned them for various reasons (strobing modes, non-rechargable, etc.) But these lights are amazing. The headlight is 4/5 stars, not because it doesn't work well. It does, but it lacks the strobing mode that I like that is included in the tail light. Other than that, it is bright, reliable, easy to mount/unmount from the bike's handle. The tail light is 4.5/5 stars with awesome brightness and strobing modes. The band, however, could be better redesigned for easier/tighter mounting into the side of the frame. This is important for short biker like myself, who had to lower the seat as much as possible, making it impossible to mount the tail light under the seat. Anywhere else is too small to mount the tail light with the current band design. The mounting holes could/should be smaller. Customer support, however, is a solid 5 stars. I had issues with the first pair when the rubber cap for the USB port on the tail lights came off when I tried to charge the lights. I could not push the cap back no matter what. So I contacted Customer Support, voicing my concern of the light's functionality once the elements get it. They send me a new pair of tail lights instantly!!! But it got even better (or worse, depending on how you look at it). I never received the package. It was either USPS messing it up and still marking "delivered" in their report, or the package being stolen because the delivery man was too lazy to put it inside the building. I contacted Customer Support one more time, they sent me a replacement pair! This time I got the package! Thank you Night Provision! You guys are the best. Somebody stole my headlight today. I could have bought a headlight separately for a lower price but I decided to just go back to my reliable product and supplier. 3rd pair!

Overall, this is a good starter pack. The rear light is bright and quite visible. The front light is effective for front visibility, but in the evening under street lights, it falls short as a primary light source. With only 370 lumens, it doesn't illuminate distant areas well; even within 10 meters (32 feet), it's almost impossible to see a hole in the asphalt. I wouldn't recommend using it for high-speed trails, in wooded areas, or in places with poor ambient lighting. The quality is good; everything looks decent and functions as it's supposed to. I'd give it 4.5 stars due to its weaker performance in darkness, contrary to the advertised claims. However, if you understand what 370 lumens entail, it's still a decent purchase.

Have used this for about a month on 5 or 6 evening rides. It came charged and I have recharged it once. Recharging took less than two hours. The head lamp is easy to mount and is comparable in luminosity to my Blackburn 350 with the difference being that this is more of a flood light whereas the Blackburn is more focused. While both above mentioned were purchased as presence lights, they have served well in full dark and mixed lighting in the country with several passing cars. They illuminate well enough at 18 mph that I felt comfortable to keep that pace. The “throw” of both combined is not enough to provide good visibility at highest speeds. Both work well enough on night rides for mtb, but again the distance illuminated is not enough to really push. The tail light has six settings from red flashing and steady to red and white flashing. The charge held for about 10 hours before it went to solid red indicating low battery.

Ok this is a long term review. I bought a black version of this over a year ago. Used it as a primary then helmet now it’s on my kids bike and this silver one was for my youngest boys bike. It’s been though rain snow left outside and used to catch a fish under water. The light was about 5 feet deep for like 5 mins and I got the fish. The old one is still kicking. Was the brightest rear led I could find at the time for cheap and it’s still on my bike. It’s bright and lasts awhile as does the front light. I ride about 30 to 60 mins at night. And they never dimmed. I charge the rear light once a week but it’s in red white strobe when i ride. I have gotten a higher priced light when summer started this year. But it’s still holding strong on my boys bike. So totally worth it. It’s definitely has a decent brightness for the front and battery life is amazing. Love the features and price. My version is the bx-300.

For the price, this is a great product. It's easy to install, to use, and it has high lumens with good battery life. The construction seems sturdy, but I use the lights on a road bike so the trips aren't that jarring and rugged. They are also lightweight. The USB covers and wrap hook are rubber so it'll eventually wear, but no more than any other product. The USB port on the backlight is at the bottom so it increases the resistance to water which is nice when it rains. Overall, a very good product in good packaging. I would purchase it again.

Very bright! Even brighter than my ebike lights. I ride at night 3-4 times a weed 7 miles round trip. I have 2 cross 2 four lane highways. I wanted something to supplement my lights so I could be seen. I can definitely be seen now.

I've had so many sets of lights and the are the best by far I like the fact that you can use a fast charge and the lights last a while before you have to recharge them again , there very bright and have multiple modes , great value for money

Es el segundo pedido que realizo, es un muy buen producto que da una muy buena iluminación trasera que tiene 5 funciones, y la luz delantera también da muy buena iluminación, lo mejor es que las baterías son recargables y de muy buena duración, viene en una caja muy bien empaquetada y con instrucciones muy claras lo cual le da una ventaja, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Super bright. Doesn’t feel cheap.
