dream come true
This remote is literally the SAME as our original remote... well, minus the huge chunk taken out of it by our dog (hence the reason we needed a replacement). Remote came in great condition, no need for extra setup--added the batteries and BAM hit the ground running. It was such a relief after discovering our dog using the remote as a chew toy and worrying that it would be expensive or involve a hassle. This was a dream come true!
