Letting go is not a process that comes naturally to us. In a world that teaches us to cling to what we love at all costs, there is an undeniable art to moving on—and it’s one that we are constantly relearning. In this series of honest and poignant essays, Heidi Priebe explores the harsh reality of what it means to let go of the people and situations we love most—often before we are ready to—and how to embrace what comes next. Review: So Real - It feels like the author has poured her heart out into the book. as if i am reading someone's real life experience and its so real , so much relatable to our generation, current situations etc. Thankyou dear author for writing this book in the most wonderful way possible. Review: It's fascinating ❤❤❤ - I loved the way it describes ourselves while we let something or someone go. I fell in love with each chapter explaining my mindset and it's almost close to feelings I've been writing in my personal journal after being ghosted by someone who I thought will be my best friend forever. But I understand I could've made similar mistakes to people and I forgive the one who did it to me and realize human beings tend to make mistakes. But I ensure that I go forward, with all the scars and lessons learned ❤

Enjoyed it thoroughly - feel your feelings
Whether you're trying to let go of someone whom you've had a long or short relationship with, you may find this book a great addition to your processing. I loved the short stories and perspectives that Heidi shares. Some of the stories are quite romantic in my eyes (which I find endearing but it may not be for everyone). It offers new perspectives in how to look at the end of one's relationship with someone while still yearning to connect with that person. At the end of the day, it's the stories we tell ourselves about why and what happened that will allow us to move on. It's what you do with the time and not time itself that heals.
