Really good at doing the job it’s needed for! Recommend only annoying thing is how quickly it loses the coldness but I think that’s standard and not a fault of the product

Its a large sock, made out of gel with a thin outer layer of synthetic material. It does what it needs to do which is to 'ice' an injured ankle. The cover doesnt look to be too robust and you need to be careful about not storing it damp as it will not like that at all

I was worried about ordering the wrong size. In a 9-1/2 US shoe and I ordered a large. The size fits well. The sleeve works great for my ankle. It is too cold to put right into my ankle immediately taking it out of the freezer so I place it on my lower back for a few minutes to cool. Then I place it on my ankle for about 20 minutes. So far it works great.

Je les utilise en froid pour une aponévrosite plantaire. Le froid atténue pendant un certain temps la douleur. Les coussins de gel sont enveloppés de tissu, ce qui donne un sensation agréable quand on les met. Le tissu est doux.

Neulich hatte ich mir eine beginnende Sepsis zugezogen. Neben Penicillin und Zinkverbänden sollte ich den Fuß kühlen. Jeder von uns kennt diese blauen Gelkissrn wo irgendwo im Kühlschrank liegen. Habe ich zuerst gemacht, halten eben nicht am Fuß und müssen immer irgendwie Festlegungen werden, das ist nervig. Dann habe ich das Teil hier gefunden und direkt bestellt. Die Passform ist super und wenn das ne weile im Kühlfach liegt dann kühlt das super. Ist nicht zu eng oder zu weit, passt echt super. Kühlung geschätzt 30 Minuten und unterstützt so die schnellere Genesung. Auch ist, für mich zumindest, die Kühlwirkung nicht zu heftig. Hat mir die ersten Tage sehr gut geholfen. Würde 6 Sterne geben wenn möglich und werde vermutlich nochmal einen bestellen, dann kann ich abwechselnd die kühlende Wirkung genießen. Klare Kaufempfehlung meinerseits.
