This tears very nice so I can do it with my old arthritic fingers. It is tough. It is thick and holds it position well. The adhesive sticks well but is easy to remove from itself or the under tape I use. It was a bit tough to remove from my wool sock when I had to use it over the sock. (Had to do a quick wrap) i am quite happy with it. It does not stretch out from my walking so it keeps my foot wrapped well all day while walking.

So it bought this in hopes to use it as mouth tape instead of paying more for those strips that don't stay on throughout the night. This works great. Dosent hurt taking it off in the mornings. Easy to put on. It stays on throughout the night and it's cheaper and last longer than buying specific mouth tape.

Very strong and durable. It’s comfortable and sticky. Worth its money and easy to store.

It’s not the best tape out there but it pretty much does its job. I’d def pair it with pre wrap to help, but it’s rather stiff. Super sticky to itself, but on plain skin does not stick after sweat. Not too shabby. I’m glad I have it, and it did its job when I needed it

It definitely helped with my knee and foot however, I was left with sticky residue and had to use rubbing alcohol to remove. Not a big deal, but when it’s advertised that it doesn’t leave it, that was what got me to purchase this product.

I use it for chest binding. It stays on all day if I’m not sweating hard, sometimes even multiple days. When I work out, it falls right off in an hour. Comfortable thickness, though if you’re planning to bind your chest with tape I recommend wider tape.
