Love my Gozney pizza oven and I love having the matching pizza peel. It didn’t take long to get the hang of using this peel. I’m now confident that I can make better pizza at home than the restaurants around me. It’s a more expensive peel but the quality of this product is worth the additional dollars spent.

Perfectly balanced. Launching pizzas is now less stressful 😁 and very light weight too.

Nice metal peel. A dust of semolina flour and the pizzas slide right off.

Just opened the Gozney pizza peel, and honestly, I’m a bit disappointed. For a $70 item, I expected a much higher level of finish and attention to detail. The underside where the peel meets the handle has rough edges, and the wood handle doesn’t align cleanly with the metal. At this price point, I was expecting something that clearly stands above a $30 knockoff, something premium. Instead, it feels more like you’re paying for the brand name than for superior quality.

nice and good quality, but the holes make it hard to spread flower to keep it from sticking.

This peel is a little pricey but well worth it. No worries of the pizza sticking to the peel. perfect for 12' pizza's. The perferation is great to get rid of excess flour or semolina.
