Recently I moved. I have 2 cats and either from stress or unfamiliarity of the new litter box area, one of my cats was urinating in the room where all my unpacked boxes were. I have never been able to get the odor of cat urine out completely and was very upset because the room had carpet and the box they urinated in had my clothes in it. Based on reviews and price point, I decided to give Active a try. I ordered this spray and the laundry detergent. The bottle came leaking/damaged and I reached out to the company. They responded promptly and sent me a new bottle 2 day shipping (many times a company won’t even respond). So needless to say, I was very impressed with customer service! The best news is that their products really work! Not only did the detergent (added to my regular detergent) eliminate the stain and smell from my clothing, the spray eliminated the odor completely and my cat did not return to pee/mark in the area. The price of their products was a great value. a little goes a long way. It was cheaper than many of the other products with similar ratings. I was also pleasantly surprised that there wasn’t a heavy smell to cover the odor. It left no residue, smelled very clean/fresh. I plan on checking out the other Active products for all my cleaning needs.

This pet odor and stain eliminator is great. It helps to remove stains from pets with ease. You just spray it on let it sit for a little bit and spot pick it up. It foams a little. It's easy to use. It has worked so good that I bought another bottle.

One of the best product I have used. Got the stain and odor out completely. The smell of the product is not bad. And does go away after a couple of days.

We recently brought home a 10-week-old puppy, so accidents are happening pretty often while she’s learning. I ordered the Active Odor & Stain Eliminator to help keep the crate area and floors clean, and it’s been a really helpful product so far. It works well on both urine and poop messes and actually removes the smell and stickiness instead of just covering it up. After spraying it on accidents around the crate tray and floor, the odor disappears quickly and it helps discourage our puppy from going in the same spot again. I’ve also noticed it does a good job lifting stains, even if I don’t catch the mess immediately. The spray bottle is easy to use and spreads the cleaner evenly, which makes cleanup quick during those frequent puppy accidents. Another thing I like is that it doesn’t leave behind a harsh chemical smell and dries pretty quick. Overall, this has made the puppy training stage a lot easier, and I’d definitely recommend it to other new puppy owners.

Nice, but not over-powering fragrance. Removed pet urine and smell completely out of my white carpets! 10/10 would definitely recommend

Seems to work on the pet stains well.

Just spray on the stain, wait a few minutes then blot up. I've even sprayed on dried stains, let sit, then used my little Bissel to vacuum up and the stains always come out with no residue. It has a nice smell and leaves no odor. I have an older cat who vomits occasionally and it's never failed to remove the stains. Never had any discoloration, but most of the items I've used it on are light-colored.

We have a new puppy and we are going through it training her to go outside. So I did some research and several websites and people recommended this product. So far it works great. The training is still going slow but that is probably on us and not the puppy.

As a cat owner I've tried a few enzyme cleaners and this one genuinely works. The odor doesn't come back after it dries, which tells me it's actually breaking down the source rather than just covering it up. Easy to use, the spray coverage is good, and it doesn't leave a strong chemical smell behind either. Solid product that does exactly what it promises

Spray bottle is a little difficult doesn’t spray well

Personally, this product did not work as well for us as I had hoped for some old urine stains. I had tried other of this brands products and was in love with them, but this one just was not it for me. Although the smell is amazing! However, I contacted their customer service as directed in the card in the package of the product, and customer service was so amazing and rectified my problem that they are receiving five stars. They stand behind their product 100%.
