Great product. Easy to assemble and very stable.

It’s prefect to start out and two increments to increase height and stress.

This is exactly I needed. I am 84 and my thigh muscles are getting weak. I plan to use this to strengthen them. Used one once in physical therapy and it worked well. The 8 inch rise is perfect for me.

It's hard to pry the risers loose to set up the height of the step, but once it's done, this is just right. I use it a lot for my physical therapy exercises.

I actually bought this as a step for the side of my mom's bed. It is stable and wide enough for her to use. I am certain she is not using it for aerobics, so I can not comment on the intended use.
