Very pleased.
This will be the 3rd pair i have bought because i keep losing them. I love them enough to keep buying them. Everything about them is great. Loud, durable ,long battery life, and easy to use. The only thing i'd suggest is putting a GPS locator in them and make them reflective yellow. They are worth the price and ill probably lose these too.

Dewalt’s greatest tool.
I’ve been using these nearly every day for 4 months so far, and they are a game changer. I work in commercial new construction, and these earbuds are absolutely perfect. The battery life is unmatched, I only have to charge them once a week working 50 hrs. The sound quality is great. I was worried that they would be annoyingly bulky and uncomfortable, but they are not, and I forget they are even there. The push button functions are perfect for using with gloves and answering calls. My ears are kind of sensitive to ear buds, but I can wear these pretty much all day without any issues. They stay in nice and snug. They block out enough noise to comfortably use while hammer drilling. I can’t say good enough things about the, and I’m a die hard Milwaukee guy…Glad they are mostly black and not yellow haha.

Heavy duty
The product is great and customer service is amazing. I’ve been using dewalt neckband Bluetooth headphones for roughly 7yrs and they’ve become my “emotional support headphones”. In the 7yrs I’ve been using them, I’ve had 4 pairs. The first were the regular headphones, before the 2in1 came out-and they were amazing. 2yrs in and they were stolen, but we’re still working perfectly. Got another pair and they were good for almost 3yrs till the neck back fell apart. Got the new 2in1 3yrs ago and they’ve been great! There’s a few things I wish were different, but for what they are-the only 2in1 I found and affordable/great quality. I work in a manufacturing facility and it’s LOUD, lots of water and lots of sweat. These have no issues. I use these 12hrs a day and the battery life is still going strong, they’re easy to bring along, stable and adjustable.

A big upgrade from the original but the magnets collect dust
I've used the older model for a while and have had coworkers with the same one. The older model is lighter weight but it's also not as tough, I've seen a lot of them broken or pulled apart when the earbuds got caught on something. The wires on this one are shorter so they have less of a chance of getting tangled. They also have a magnet that clips the buds together. BUT I'm currently on a steel mill jobsite and there's metal dust everywhere, so anything magnetic will collect this black dust on it which has been annoying. Keep this in mind if you work in similar environments, if I leave them out of my ears they collect this dust on the back of them just from dangling on my shirt. This is the biggest problem I have with them but it's a personal problem not a design problem. This one is slightly heavier but feels like better construction. I don't notice having them on sometimes despite them being bigger than the old model. I really like the speaker mode, I have poor hearing and work in a loud environment so being able to put the earbuds in, but have music externally makes it easier to protect my hearing and also hear people talking better. Being able to quickly pluck them out of my ears without worrying about dropping them is really convenient compared to the wireless earbuds. I'm actually really impressed with the bluetooth connection, I've had a lot of bluetooth speakers/earbuds and typically you can't walk more than maybe 30ft or walk behind walls before they start cutting out. But I've repeatedly left my phone in one room, walked at least 100ft away behind concrete walls and didn't even notice because the music sounded the same! I don't use them for calls but the few times I have, having the external speaker is the same as putting someone on speaker phone hands free which is nice. If you need to work with someone from a distance (like pulling cable) these help a lot. The sound quality is good, not audiophile good but they get the job done and don't sound any worse than more expensive earbuds I've tried. I don't use the sound mode very often or notice much of a difference, I keep it on "super bass" The battery life is good so far, I've only had them a week so I can't be certain how long the battery stay healthy but as of right now I don't have to charge them everyday which is a win in my book. They charge fast and use USB C, the flap covering the port is very tough and won't break or flap around loose. Unless I find a big flaw in the future I think these will be my preferred earbuds in any setting and if they break, I wouldn't hesitate to buy a new pair. And best of all, actual BUTTONS! I hate having to mess with touch controls on these compact earbuds, I have status ANC earbuds (more expensive than these and very overrated) and they really don't hold a charge well, and the controls are AWFUL that I usually have to resort to pulling my phone out to skip songs. You don't have to worry about digging out your phone at work anymore with these EDIT: I've actually gotten an ear infection since using these because of the magnets collecting metal dust. so again be cautious if you work in a similar environment because you don't want any particles that collect on your magnetic earbuds to get inside your ears. If it weren't for the magnets I'd give 5 stars, because other than getting an ear infection they're still really good earbuds

Rugged, Comfortable, and Perfect for Worksites!
These DEWALT neckband headphones are exactly what I needed for long days on the job. The heavy-duty build feels tough enough to handle dust, sweat, and the wear-and-tear of a busy worksite. The Bluetooth connection is quick and reliable, and the sound quality is excellent—clear highs, solid bass, and just the right volume for both music and calls. What makes them stand out is the 2-in-1 design. I can use them as traditional in-ear headphones or switch to the built-in speakers when I want to stay aware of my surroundings. The neckband is lightweight and comfortable, so I barely notice it even after hours of use. Battery life is impressive, lasting through full workdays without needing a recharge. For anyone who needs durable, versatile audio gear that can keep up with tough conditions, these headphones are a fantastic choice. Highly recommend—DEWALT nailed it with this one!

Where have these been my whole life 🤔
I like these for what they are and are worth the money, so the quality fit and buttons layout are all great... some might say it's a little bulky but honestly I forgot I'm wearing it half the time.... the battery life on it O my, it goes on and on and on😂.... in the picture I have them charging up it shows a nice little red indicator that turns green when it's done... the little speakers on speaker mode sound pretty good for the size they are really, and it gets plenty loud enough to turn it way up if you're doing something in the yard that's loud or whatever it is you may be doing... wish they had some in different colors but I get it yellow is their thing for DeWalt.... overall this gets a 9 out of 10 and I only give it 9 out of 10 because the audio isn't like for sitting down at home listening to pounding base and nice mids and trouble and yada yada Yada... these are for somebody who's going to be working on their car mowing the grass maybe driving the car and wants good audio quality but not have something stuck in your ear all the time but if they need to talk to somebody privately they can put it quickly on to your mode from one click of a button which is independent by the way and you can change the sound a little bit.. honestly does help a little but I'm more of a bass head so that's more subjective to me.... or I should say I'm more biased to base... but the average person would probably say this is plenty loud enough and sounds good enough to get the job done and honestly the speakers on calls are freaking awesome.... it's also great that they conclude a little like carrying bag so if you need to put them up for a hot minute or throw them in a gym bag or something you can do so yeah they're not the most stylish either but I don't really care..... anyways I hope they make like a model upgrade to this and that enhances the quality of the speaker inside the headphones or something because this is a home run guys keep it up the good work DeWalt 😎✌️

Hand-Free Freedom!
PRODUCTIVITY!!!. What a great tool to add to my kit. I'm on job sites and on the phone a lot. This tool provides the hands-free communication I wanted. The most important part of this tool is the neckband. It's SO NICE to be able to take the earbuds out and not have to find a place to store them. Also, how about all the unintentional commands normally given to the earbuds when attempting to remove them without touching the controls? It's a serious annoyance. I was simply searching for an LG or something and, had I known about this earlier, I wouldn't have gone so long without. The battery came fully charged it seems, the speaker function is really neat actually. I didn't think it would be but I've used it more than I expected, right now as I type this review. It sounds like a cell phone speaker but at least I'm not carrying around my cell phone, draining the battery and having to place it somewhere I can hear it. The convenience this tool has brought to my life is difficult to cover completely without writing an irritatingly long review. I really appreciate how intuitive and practically it is designed. The fact there are no touch-sensitive operations with only relatively larger, extremely easy to find, well-placed PRESS buttons. They are very reactive with positive operation, one knows that they've pressed the button. The neckband is a bit more flexible than I may have wanted, so when I remove my button down shirt, the tool isn't as easily manipulated to come off along with the shirt. However, I'm guessing DeWalt thought of that too and maybe a more rigid neckband comes with its set of issues. That's my only "criticism," not enough to buy another one or recommend it to another. Way to go DeWalt, another quality item to add to my growing DeWalt collection.

Great Christmas gift, but I can't charge it without a USB C plug... which I don't yet have.
I just opened these for Christmas. So far I am very pleased with them. I checked the range from one end of the house, out the garage, to the outside and the signal was clear, no breaking of the sound at all. They fit comfortably and feel good. The speaker/headphone toggle is simple to use. The headphone mode is perfect for blocking out sound, yet being able to hear surrounding sound, so these will double as my earplugs while using saws. The speaker mode is very loud and clear. Volume is ease to control with buttons on the neckband. They do not restrict movement: turning, bending, sitting, and standing without them flopping around and getting in the way. The magnetic earpiece is stuck together behind my neck and completely out of the way. They are solid, and feel well built from what I can tell, not being a sound guy, more of a DIY guy. I like them and feel like they are a good buy. I do have one complaint which is why I only gave 4 out of 5 stars. The charging cable can not be plugged in without a USB C plug/receptacle. I have many standard USB and outlets, but nothing to plug in for recharging... DeWalt! Bruh! How do you expect people to charge the device if you don't include everything to charge it? So... I am off to Amazon for a charging cord or USB C port.

Comfortable but be wary of the speaker
I found these a great headset up until the speaker stopped working after 2 weeks. Headphones still work that’s why I took off a star

Not good
It was shown in the review that the seller's service is very good but it all turned out to be a lie, you all broke my faith.
