Hi-lo button not working
Good blender but the hi-lo button not working or Im missing something. Manual says no salami but it's suppose to crush ice which is harder.

Do not buy
This item is very, very loud & unstable. It’s not insulated, it’s not stable - shakes like crazy. Very unusual for the brand which is most often very reliable. My mistake in buying.

Surprise for My Granddaughter I don’t recycle
It was perfect. I brought it as a gift for My Granddaughter. She’s not here. She doesn’t know she’s gonna be ecstatic. Because I told her we don’t recycle. You. Gotta get a new one, and from Amazon. Least you know will be superb. No animosity when it comes to Amazon thank you guys
