Great Value Offering From Endgame Gear
I chose this as a replacement for my Razer Deathadder Elite, hence comparisons are between the XM2 and the Deathadder Elite. The XM2 is extremely lightweight, which is beneficial for quick movements when gaming. The buttons are very responsive and provides pleasing tactile feedback, while the sensor performs very well. The scroll wheel has quite a bit of resistance, but I believe this will reduce over time. The mouse is quite a bit smaller than the Deathadder, with a slightly smaller hump at the rear and a lower profile at the front. I found this preferential to the shape of the Deathadder. There is no grip tape on the sides, but I found this made no difference to my ability to grip the mouse. The plastic construction and light weight of the mouse does not make the mosue feel cheap. I have confidence it will last in excess of 5 years. The software provided is very basic, however I much prefer this to the bloated nature of other software, such as Razer Synapse. Overall this is a great value for money offering and is ideal for anybody looking for a good value performance focussed mouse. Please note I utilised a mouse bungee when using the mouse, hence I cannot comment on the cable.

Great mouse for this price
I didn’t expect that it would feel okay in my hand. Comparing it to my g703, buttons feel much nicer, scroll wheel is great. Definitely worth buying for this price

Love it
It's so light. My last mouse had 11 buttons, and weight 150g. This thing weighs 38g. It's like moving a polystyrene block around the desk. Zero hand cramp on long sessions. Reason I chose this mouse was because the response times were about 8ms less than my wireless logitech. Feels like it made a difference in my gaming.

Not durable
I was rather disappointed with this mouse as after less than a month of owning it one of the side mouse buttons broke and got stuck sadly. I had heard great things. Also there is practically 0 point in having 8k polling rate because very little games support that high and there is barely any difference in feel at all. I also recommend going for a wireless mouse as the wire is very annoying.

Solid Performer, but Internals are Sensitive
The XM2 felt like a solid alternative to the OP1 series. However, be extremely careful with it, the internal mechanisms seem quite sensitive. I unfortunately spilled a small amount of liquid on it, and the clicks immediately became sticky and unresponsive (right-click delay). While the damage was my own fault, the mouse didn't seem to have much resilience once the spill occurred. If you’re a 'clean' gamer, it’s a great performer, but it’s definitely not built to survive any accidents.

Evaluating a mouse is an intensely personal endeavor, and subject to significant qualitative preferences. In the short time I've used it I have no desire to go back to 'old faithful', this mouse is good enough that I'm excited to use it. The Kailh switches have results in firm button presses, and great responsiveness. Outside of gaming, the scrolling is sweet and smooth, and surfing through websites getting to click is a joy Pros: -Exterior is a premium plastic and feels wonderful to my touch -Lightweight for great responsiveness -Wired so there isn't any worry about battery life Cons: -Price isn't free -Some people hate white peripherals I have a dream that companies will continue to make mice that are still wired, I do not want to go gently into the wireless night. I've not included the maker of the previous mouse because it did serve me so faithfully, for quite a long while.
