Paper Parchment 70 Square Feet

I’ve been really happy with this parchment paper. It lays flat nicely, doesn’t tear easily, and keeps food from sticking without needing extra oil or spray. I use it for baking cookies, roasting vegetables, and even lining pans for easy cleanup. The roll lasts a long time with 70 sq ft included, and I appreciate that it’s an environmentally conscious option compared to some other brands. It handles heat well and makes cleanup so much easier. Definitely a kitchen staple I’ll keep buying!

--My favorite parchment baking paper. I much prefer it over the typical rolls of white parchment paper. The width of this paper is a little over a foot- maybe 13", which I think it is little narrower than the typical brands out there, which tend to measure 15" wide. I prefer this size, it suits all of my baking needs thus far, and I have been using this brand for several years. --Brown, Unbleached, and chlorine free. --Microwave safe and oven safe (to 428*F) --Sheets can be reused. --While I typically use it for baking cookies and such, sometimes I use it under meats instead of tin foil. If the sheet gets too wet, it can tear which is not out of the norm. --Some types of parchment paper have a matte side and a shiny side, this is the same on both sides- just basic brown paper that resists sticking. -- the container for the roll is all cardboard. The spot that runs the length of the container that is used to tear the paper is also cardboard; just has an edge to help the paper to tear. This is not perfect. Sometimes it tears easily, other times I find it easier to just grab a pair of scissors. This has never been a hindrance to my purchasing this product, but it could be a turn off for some, especially if used to other brands of bleached paper. --budget friendly. While I don't usually rate based on price (as everyone can determine for themselves what works for their budget), I do like to give a shout out to companies that make it reasonable to purchase their product on an on going basic whether it is purchased in store or on line. I first discovered this product alongside other typical parchment papers on the store shelf. The healthier aspect of it was appealing, as well as look of box, and the price as well. Sometimes it has been a little more than other offerings, sometimes less, but either direction the price has been about the same. This parchment paper works great for baking and cleanup. Food releases easily without sticking, and the paper holds up well in the oven. I also appreciate the more environmentally conscious materials compared to some other options.

Great parchment paper, but the box had to be taped together because it fell apart after the first use.

This is great parchment paper as others have said. I can’t give it five stars because of the box. Biggest problem is the serrated teeth for tearing. It is made of a flimsy white thing that folds over itself and it then won’t cut the sheet. Each box is a little different but before you are halfway through the roll you have great difficulty in cutting the sheet. Totally irritating. And as others have said, every box you need to tape the ends or the box falls apart immediately and cutting is impossible from the start of the roll. This is symptomatic of green products, often they try so hard to be green they ignore functionality. Too sad.

Best parchment for Sourdough baking and wrapping. Doesn't burn or stick to your bread! Chlorine free, unbleached, no toxic additives, is compostable, and is reusable. I used a store brand 1X and ruined a sourdough bread when that kind stuck to my loaf. I switched to this brand last year and I swear by it for baking breads, making candy and baking cookies. I also use this paper for wrapping my breads and tie up with string to give them as gifts. For the slight amount more it might be, it's worth it to not ruin 2 days of sourdough fermenting and waiting to bake your bread, then only to have a cheaper parchment stick to it and have to be thrown away. Just get this one, you'll never go back. It's actually cheaper on Amazon than at my local grocery store so with free prime delivery, this is the best quality.

My absolute favorite baking paper. Nothing ever sticks to it, and I love that it’s unbleached and eco-friendly. It holds up well under high heat without curling or burning.

Great paper! However, as so many other reviewers complain, the cardboard container is inadequate. So… I reinforced the end edges of the box container with several short strips of painters tape and it now is sufficiently sturdy and functional. Other kinds of tape also probably would work. Another tip: before tearing off the paper, just gently run a finger to align the soft small serrated teeth, then press just before tearing, especially at the beginning, and the paper cuts off as it should. I know, shouldn’t have to do this extra effort, but really takes little time, and the quality of this paper seems well worth it. Still, begs the question, why can’t they just make a better box container that matches this seemingly great parchment paper??
