This is undoubtedly the best cookware set I have ever used. The important thing to note; some reviewers mention discoloration. This will only occur if you cook on high heat. There is never a reason to cook on high heat. Medium heat is all you need with ceramics. If you haven't cooked with ceramics, it is best to read or watch YouTube videos before cooking with them. It is very easy to cook with ceramics, but in my opinion, make sure they are of good quality. You will never have sticking issues and clean up is an absolute breeze. This set of Bobby Flay by GreenPan is as good as it gets. Perfect if cooking for a family of 4 or 5. The diamond infused ceramic is remarkable and the heat is even through-out the cooking area. If you follow the instructions using the recommended oils, heat, and care (I would not put in dishwasher), you will love this cookware. This set is heavy and well made and not a scratch at all. Eggs slide right out of the pan. It arrived with one scratched pan on the outside, so that was annoying but doesn’t affect the performance.

I got a Bobby Flay GreenPan 2Qt. sauce pan to replace an anodized nonstick pan that was flaking way too early in its life. Loved it immediately. Inside and outside, cleanup is a breeze and it is holding up well. Decided to get this set to replace other anodized cookware. I'm so glad I did. They all work great and am still really loving these pans. Since I had the 2 qt already, gave it to my son and it's become his favorite, even on a standard electric cook top. I cook on gas and induction and both work great. Two minor issues: - 1. Would love it if the two fry pans had lids. Ended up buying some universal lids. 2. All of the pans are not very thick on the bottom. It's most noticeable on the fry pans as they aren't perfectly flat, being depressed around the edges where the side turn up, barely but it is there. Has not been much of an issue because these are fantastically non-stick. Thicker bases are better distributing and holding heat but again, not very apparent. Especially not so, on my separate induction cooktop. All in all the minor issues are not enough to knock of a star. If you're still using anodized non-stick, even from top brands, its time to make a change.

Quality: I really like these pans. They work great, and I love how they look. I have noticed that the area of the pan where the lid goes has gotten scratched, but it hasn't been bad. I would recommend getting the pans and think it is worth the price.

I’ve bought plenty of pot & pan sets over the last few decades and I can tell you that this set is by far the best ever. I’ve bought a GreenPan large baking sheet and a flat square pan skillet and love them. When I seen GreenPan & Bobby Flay team up on cookware I was all in especially when I read all about this set. I’ve had the set now for over a month and there is NO disappointment with how they cook. They are high quality made, durable inner and outer do not chip or scratch, the ceramic nonstick is superb and even surface heating. Exterior cream color & interior white sparkle ceramic nonstick are beautiful. The silicone covered handles are a nice grip with heat resistance! Cooking with this set has been effortless with no hassle cleaning. I’m simply amazed and pleased with this purchase!!

These are some of the worst pots I have ever purchased. I’ve had some old sets that have last over 10 years and finally decided to buy a new set. EVERYTHING and mean everything sticks even on the lowest setting. These have to be defective because even from the beginning they would stick a little and I thought maybe I just need to cook on an even lower setting fast forward a few months and it’s even worse. DO NOT BUY THESE.

Easy to clean but didn’t even last a year before the smallest was completely ruined. We never put any in the dishwasher. It’s pretty disappointing overall.

These are a very high quality set of pots and pans. An amazing value for the amount of cookware you receive. I have had these for several months now and have had no scratches or marks left on them. The only very small chip on one pan comes as a result from my young child throwing his fork into the sink directly hitting the pan with the prongs. Now, I leave them on the counter or stove until I'm ready to clean them. I only use silicone utensils while cooking on them so they have held up very nicely. I'm actually shocked. Literally, nothing sticks to them and they are extremely easy to clean, which is nice because you do need to hand-wash them. The payoff is definitely worth the investment!!
