Extending cord to plug in works
It worka as expected. Not sure why amazon asked about brightness, but my leds aren’t very bright at all, but they weren’t before the extensions either.Oh, and the split, i haven’t tried it yet. I was seriously underwhelmed by my choice in lights so didn’t finish the set up

They work to exten Aiboo puck light hubs very well.
I used this to move on puck light hub far away from the controller, to light all my kitchen cabinets off one controller.

better then soldering
Look this is the way to go if your not comfortable in soldering. Makes life so much easier and allows for a nice clean install. Make sure the arrows at end of connections match and your done.
