I bought this printer & was initially very pleased with it. It was easy to use & the print quality was excellent. Having owned a number of resin printers over the years, this is by far & away the best one.HOWEVER! After less than 3 weeks, the printer developed a fault. Every time I tried to do a print it would go through it's self diagnostics & would find a fault with the lCD screen. I would check everything but no problem could be found, but I did discover that if I over-rode the fault the printer would print normally.I contacted Elegoo customer support about this & over nearly a week of emails no solution was found or even a sensible suggestion made. Eventually they asked me to dismantle the machine that was less than a month old to try & discover the issue myself. I am nether qualified or dexterous enough to do this. Regardless of that, I found it hard to believe that I would be able to get a refund on a machine I had dismantled myself whether with or without Elegoo's apparent consent.After a few more emails & said I wanted to return the faulty unit & get a replacement, I was told (very ominously) that this would "take a lot of time". To cut the cr3p a opted to buy another printer & return the faulty one through Amazon. Even then, they tried to make me wait a month for the refund. Thankfully, following a number of fairly heated phone calls with Amazon, I now have my refund.Overall, a pretty horrible experience.

1AUpgrade vom Mars auf Saturn 4 Ultras gleicht Welten. Wer noch überlegt ob die Technik / Fortschritt es wert sind, nicht lange warten & überraschen lassen. Der Saturn erleichtert einem alles von der Anwendung im slicer , dem Drucken & der Entfernung vom Bett. Ganz davon abgesehen wie schnell und präzise er ist & preislich absolut Top 10/10 Sterne.

Todo perfecto, la impresora de momento va muy bien y es preparar en el programa e imprimir, lo hace todo sola

Perfect machine for the newbie with some background in additive manufacturing.The support from the company in my experience was excellent. That's extremely important when you are new to this.Cons: you can feel the technology is still very new, so there are problems which you will probably have with it. If you decide for this monster as your first machine be ready to spend a lot of time with it. I love tinkering so for me it was the perfect one, but I can see how some stuff can be frustrating for some. Sla printing generally is not for you if you need a simple, stress free, affordable solution and or without loosing sleep over it.But if you are ready to use something which needs it's attention every time you are at the right place. The machine works wonderful, it's fast and reliable and prints with exceptional quality right out if the box.

DECEPCIONADAPedí una máquina y me llegó usada, la descambié y le dí otra oportunidad y volví a pedirla y esta vez me ha llegado ROTA, después de ser una máquina tan cara me pasé 2 veces decepcionada si no tengo que describir en una sola palabra

Hab ihn erst ein Wochenende genutzt. Aber läuft prima. Die Werkseitige Nivelierung der Platte war exzellent. Ich brauchte nix nachjustieren ( zum Glück). Die Drucke haben eine hervorragende Qualität. Ich drucke mit Resin, das man mit Wasser abwaschen kann. Jetzt wird sich über lange Zeit zeigen, wie lange die Einzelteile halten, bevor ich sie austauschen muss (Tankfolie, Druckplatte, LCD Bildschirm, usw.)
