I teach a variety of dance classes for many hours each day. I am always looking for a comfortable, versatile shoe that I can wear throughout the day that doesn't impede my ability to give necessary demonstrations. I was excited to find these and was pleased when they arrived quickly and fit very comfortably. They have a split sole with a hard covering on the heel and the ball/toes of the shoe. I can easily point my feet and my feet feel generally supported when doing basic movements. They fit well in the base of my foot. However, it's almost like the shoes are too "tall" in the toe area. While the shoes fit, there is a lot of extra space in the area covering the top of my foot. It feels almost baggy on the top, which is strange because the rest of the shoe fits well. I'm not sure if this is to allow for movement or what. It becomes problematic when the steps I'm trying to demonstrate become a little more dependent on intricate foot movements, like jumping or repeated releves for example. Overall I do like the shoe, I wear them on days when I teach lower-level children's classes or stretching classes and they are great. They are not as versatile as I had hoped, however, as I can't wear them for all my classes.

These have worked great for my daughter for color guard. They seem to be holding up well and fit true to size.

Honestly? I bought these to wear at work, (not for dancing 😄) where I am on my feet for approximately hours each day. These shoes made it about halfway to three quarters of the day, which isn't bad! They are cute and stylish! Roomy in the toes too, which I love. I like them.

Living in the scorching desert heat of Vegas, my regular sneakers made my feet feel tired, hot and uncomfortable. These dancing shoes arrived swiftly and well-packaged. They look and feel well-made and of excellent quality, made of high-quality breathable materials.They are very lightweight, offer great arch support, and are breathable. Most importantly, they're super comfy. I ordered my regular size 8 and they fit perfectly. At 68, with a history of foot and ankle injuries and painful bunions, my options for stylish and comfortable shoes have been frustratingly limited. As a lifelong shoe lover with a profound affair with footwear, these Linodes breathable dancing shoes tick all the boxes.I wanted something versatile, that looked like sneakers but was lightweight and breathable, and I can wear them all day with no pain or discomfort. They look so stylish, and I love the heel - so original. Easy to put on and take off, and versatile enough to wear with any outfit, I love everything about them. I wanted and all black shoe that was lightweight but cushy just for walking my dog or wearing out to the grocery store. This is a very cute fitted looking shoe that is lightweight and has a good amount of cushion in the heels. I normally wear a 7 but some shoes and 8. I got the 7.5 and have a horizontal thumb print of space which is comfortable but I could have gotten a 7 and been fine so these are definitely true to size.I’m not a professional dancer so not sure what a dancer shoe should be like nor what a split sole is for. It has a tongue on the back to help pull the shoe on and it didn’t break when I used it. The forefront bottom of the foot doesn’t have the same amount of cushion as the heel so I think long term that may be uncomfortable. When I took the shoe off the insole comes out with my foot. I was able to easily push this back in. After a few wears and getting wet or sweaty; this could be an issue and you would need to replace the insole.They are cute and will suffice for my basic needs but the longevity of the shoe; only time will tell. .

The Linodes Women's Breathable Dance Sneaker with Split Sole and Air Cushion are fantastic walking shoes, especially for in the Summer months. I was concerned about the sizing, because I usually always order half a size bigger than what my feet actually are sized, because they fit better with my wide feet. That size was unavailable, so I checked their sizing chart, measured my foot, and ordered the size that corresponded to it, which is my actual size, and it surprised me, but they fit perfectly - an EXACT match! They're not too narrow, my toes aren't squished, these shoes are just right, and really comfortable too. They're high quality, well made, and well designed. They're perfect for walking, or whenever I need to have my feet fully covered, but still want the breathability of a sandal (it's not exact, but close to that much breathability - depending on the type of socks worn with them). The material is strong, durable, stretchy, and easy to clean as well. They look really nice, and I love how much support these shoes give the bottoms of my feet. The heels have a good 3/4 to 1 inch where it's bouncy, and cushioned, like a cloud. They're just super comfortable, especially right now, there's been a couple bad heat waves already hit where I live, and these shoes definitely help. After wearing them, I can definitely see how they'd be useful to wear as dance shoes, as well as walking shoes. Overall, I think these are a high quality product, that's reasonably priced, and will be long-lasting. I'd definitely recommend them!
