ORICO 512GB mSATA SSD SATA III, 6 Gbps 3D NAND Internal Solid State Drive for Laptops Ultrabooks Desktop-ZH10

Haven't used it much but all seems to work very well so hoping it will continue so for a long time. Bought to fit in an enclosure bought for another SSD which was not compatible and this works fine. Great as a small external SSD that can be carried and stored easily taking up very little space while providing a good level of storage.

It's a bit of a niche form factor now, so it's nice to find mSATA drives are still made at a reasonable cost. It worked fine for me giving expected SSD/SATA III speeds (~500MB/s R/W). Only odd thing was from the product picture - I thought it had some thin heatsink but no, it's just a big label stuck to it! But not a reason not to give it 5 stars.

This was my first experience at mSata SSD and it works really well in my application. I required this for a barebones mini PC that I planned to install PFSense firewall software on. The size was adequate for my use as the PFSense OS does not take up too much room. Fast boot up time. It has been installed for a few months now and no issues so far.

Lo compre para mi vieja laptop, funciona muy bien, los tiempos de arranque del sistema operativo se redujeron drasticamente ya que antes tenia un hdd. Por cierto, en donde viene el nombre de la marca, yo crei que era un pequeño disipador metalico, pero no, es solo la pegatina de plastico.
