Is the cape removeable?

the hood and cape are one piece that you put on over the other piece

ive seen a lot people saying they got it for their kids, how small or big is this? its in the mens section but would it fit an XL?

Last year my then 16yo ordered this costume. He was huskier then. It fit perfectly.

Is the lace up top included?

Yes. The whole tunic part is one piece, including the lace up part. The hood and cape are one piece as well, and be aware that the mesh covering the face does not detach or come off. If whoever is wearing it can't have his face covered, he'll have to leave that part off entirely. But the costume is reasonably well made and looks good.

Can you have the cape on without having to put the hood over your head? Not trying to sound stupid here.
