Consistently high quality and pre-tubed casings.
Great casings for sausages. Consistent size, pre-tubed making the loading onto your stuffing horn fast and simple. Have tried other suppliers, these are the best.

Probably the best casing I’ve ever used
These casing worked great. One package is one very long sleeve on a plastic insert that makes it very easy to place on the horn. Made 40 lbs fresh sausage and these casings cut my stuffing time in half with the ease of placing on the horn and having one long casing. Put a few links on the grill and they held up very well and we’re not tough.

Worked for a first timer making sausages
This is my first time making sausages and they were pretty straightforward. Smell was okay, after soaking (which is required to remove the salt) it was definitely much bette with the smell. The instructions said that the inner tubing is supposed to help with loading the casing on to the stuffing tube but I'm really not sure how it's supposed to work.

Consistent and high quality
They worked flawlessly. Strong enough to handle but not so strong that they have to be removed before eating. Very consistent in size and quality. Prep time is quick and I knocked out a batch in no time.

Best casing by far. Only have blowouts when I over twist sausages. Wish they were available more often. Sometimes hard to come by

Horrible odor
Bought this item sometime ago with intent to use it sooner rather than later. It still had nine months left before expiration the expiration date and figured it should still be good to go as it was stored in a cool dark cabinet. (The package does confirm it does not need to be refrigerated but recommends it). Once opened it I immediately could smell a rotten pewtrid smell. This smell could be smelled from 15 feet away across the kitchen and even after in a closed trash can. This is not normal whatsoever, you might get a little odor but not this. Ended up having to go out and pick up another brand at a local store to finish my sausage. Athose had little to no odor just like other brands I've used in the past. I guess of you try them maybe refrigerated and try to detect odor sooner rather than later to get a refund.

I used 2 sleaves. The first one worked perfectly without issue. The second one had multiple holes to contend with,
