I wanted to use this for awhile before I reviewed it, to make sure it was working. It does seem to be helping. I don't have a lot of sagging skin yet, however, I am starting to get some, so I'm hoping this will minimize it. It seems to be making a difference, although subtle. You need to use this with the cream that it comes with, or it will give you a little shock. You can buy more online, when you run out. I love the limited edition color! So far, this is easy to use. You are supposed to use it daily, in order for it to be effective. It doesn't take long to use, so it really is easy to make time. I'm going to keep using it, and hopefully it will help stop future sagging from being so dramatic.

It died two days after the return window closed. My wife only used it four times. We got super lucky the Amazon chat rep, Anant, was able to find us a way to replace it since it was past the return window.

Hard to tell if it's working so far. I was expecting more of a zap or tingle, people who promote facial microcurrent devices typically describe some discomfort, whereas with this it's hard to tell that there's any current at all. In that sense it's vomfortable to use, but I'll need more time to determine if it's effective. I'll be back in a couple months with an update.

This NuFACE TRINITY+ Microcurrent Facial Device Kit is a long term investment in skin care. I’ve purchased countless gadgets to prevent signs of aging and this one device replaces them all. It is very easy to charge and I like that it is cordless. The timer function alerts me when to focus the device in another area and the microcurrent is much more effective than a manual face roller. This set includes everything needed in a starter set, but additional gel activator will need to be purchased for long term use. This would make a perfect gift for anyone that is concerned with combatting signs of aging. I highly recommend!

Do not buy it - it is not worth the money. I bought it instead of the cheap version and could not be more unhappy. It does nothing for your skin. I used it since I got it daily, followed all the instructions, and I feel terrible that I decided to try it longer. Now I am stuck with something that does not work at all. Save yourself from disappointment.

This is a great kit that comes with everything you need to get started. If you've used the regular Trinity devices keep in mind those attachments will not work with the trinity+. The new device is slightly different and they upgraded the attachments as well. The app is decent and I didn't have any issues getting connected. This is a microcurrent device and it uses mild electrical pulses to stimulate muscles. Due to the low level of the electrical pulses this is not painful. But make sure you read the warnings on this - it should not be used by anyone who is pregnant, or has a pacemaker. Don't expect a face lift after using this. You should expect MILD differences. Take a before and after photo and see if you notice a little bit of lifting/tightening in areas. I'm interested in seeing the benefits of using this for a few months. I'll update after some extended on how I feel it's benefiting me. Overall I think it's a good addition to at home routines, I love that it's FDA approved. Just have a realistic expectations.

Bought as a gift for my wife. When she opened it, it had very clearly been used. There were broken seals, scratches on it, and someone's hair on it as well. The window for return had already passed by the time she opened it and realized, so I guess I just wasted $400. Gotta love that.

This system is great but not for me. It’s very easy to use but I need to remember to add it to my regular routine
