This works perfectly. I love that I can choose how long to lock it. It has really helped me stay away from my phone and focus more on myself. I will not lie. I always go to grab my phone and then remember its locked and it really opened my eyes on how much we are glued to these things. I strongly think everyone should have one of these to help fix mental clarity. Price is not bad and the box is very durable.

I originally bought this device for myself to help me stay focused during the day, and it has honestly made a huge difference. It locks my phone safely for the amount of time I choose, and it really helps me stay away from distractions when I need to study, work, or get things done. After seeing how well it worked for me, my family started using it too. Now the kids know exactly where their phones go and for how long, especially when they have chores or responsibilities to finish. It has helped create better routines at home, less screen time, and more discipline. The box is sturdy, easy to use, and the timer has worked perfectly every single time. Overall, this has been a very good investment for our household. Highly recommended if you want more control over phone use!

It works exactly as stated. Battery life lasts months. Even in the one time the battery died with my phone inside, charging with the usb c port got it open.

I struggle with using my phone when I'm in bed which can cause my migraines to say "Oh, hello there." But I also found that I will just use my phone when I'm outside with my wife and daughter, not really living in the moment. This has been great, because when 10:30 PM hits, I place the phone in the lock box (which is tall enough inside for my wireless charger so it can have a full battery when I wake up), set how long I want the box to be locked, and not worry about headaches or waking my wife up with a bright screen. A nice thing is the box gives you a 15 second window once you enter the time for the box to stay locked, so if you realize you entered the wrong time, or I need to fix the position of the phone on the charger, I can disengage the countdown/lock, adjust what I need, set the time again, and walk away from it. Its extremely easy to use and figure out how to work the dials, and the battery so far has lasted a long time. I've had the box for about 2 weeks and have only needed to charge it once, when I first got it in the mail! It is very well made, and I can see that if it fell off the table it wouldn't break since the plastic seems to be high grade. Size wise it is large, but seeing how some phones nowadays are the size of small iPads, its warranted. One great thing, in case something happens, is that if something happens and you absolutely need your phone, the lock can be bypassed with what is (essentially) the Atari code! This is definitely worth the money, and if anything happens to it I am absolutely going to buy another one. I say that for a lot of products, but this one is without a doubt a "BUY IT AGAIN" item should something ever happen to it.

Works great! Using it to limit cigarette for my son and it is working perfectly. Noticed he’s tried to break into the box with a screwdriver and it’s unbreakable. Perfect solution for controlling use of phone, cigarettes etc. Edit: using this to limit cigarettes for my son. He figured out a way to manipulate cigarettes out of the charging hole. ( the device is small so a cigarette package won’t fit) Maybe a lock box without a charging hole would be better for cigarettes?

Great product. It's sturdy, a good size, and it's a nice looking lock box. The customer service is why I'm writing the review. I accidentally locked my phone for 3 days (was trying to do 3 hours), so I emailed customer service which is on the back of the product (also a helpful feature). They were kind and ultra quick with responses, and helped me get my phone out of the case, which is comforting considering I imagine many of these products likely don't have customer service.

Works great, just like they say it does. Wish the materials were a little more durable, but I guess we will have give it a little use and revisit “construction” at a later date. I would recommend this at any rate. HEED MY WARNING….. I just returned a Vaydeer metal lock box I purchased before this one. And, although it is metal and much more durable… I would never buy again from an unethical seller. I returned it because they sold me a USED box, then wanted to charge me $20 to unlock it, to remove my stuff before shipping it back. It DOES NOT have multiple modes like this one, which allow for self unlock if needed. It’s either locked, or it’s not. They give you 1 free unlock, but apparently someone already used this, as it was previously used. I noticed after proceeding to remove the screens protective film (per instructions), but it was missing. This was the 1st indication it had been used previously, then noticed the LCD screen was scratched severely. Even after calling Vaydeer customer service and explaining to them, I needed to unlock it because they sold me a used unit and had to be returned…… they still offered no concession and demanded $20 to get my items out. Stay away from Vaydeer boxes at all cost. Some photos of this below.
