The lumbar support is one of the standout feature's, it perfectly contours to my lower back, providing exceptional support , The neck support is equally impressive; plus the cushion is very comfortable. This chair took a little time for one person to assemble (for me over an hour), but the end result was worth it as this chair is comfortable and supportive. The best things about this office chair are: 1) Although it took a while to assemble, the instructions are clear and easy to follow. The instructions recommend two people to assemble the chair, but one person can assemble this and possibly cut down on the assembly time. One recommendation is to place the seat cushion on the arm of a recliner for leverage when applying the chair's arms (see 5th photo). Also, it may take a little extra strength to push in the wheels in the base. Do not give up and note they will snap in place; 2) All of the parts needed are included, as well as spare parts. The best assembly item is the Allen wrench with the handle that allows one to have a firm grip (see T shaped tool in the package with parts); 3) When assembled, it is easy to adjust the chair up and down, move the chair's arms, and adjust the neck rest; 4) The chair wheels easily across rugs as well as office chair mats; and 5) The best part is the lumbar support. For sitting and typing or doing other office work, this chair is comfortable and supportive and just right for a home office. Overall, this is an excellent choice for your home office, for your music room, or if you would like a good chair for playing video games.
