Very good taste.

For me, these have way too much sugar (20g) and too many carbs (24g) per serving to consider this a quality meal replacement considering there is only 20 grams of protein as well. It also contains a high amount of sodium and mentions being "full of fiber" but have 2grams. This one misses the mark for me in terms of the macros and the taste.

I got this because I like having meal replacement shakes on hand for when I'm too busy to make food but need to have something that has substance to it. The packets are large but they are very easy to open and the product mixed into cold from the tap water very easily. I don't have the shaker ball in my bottle and it still mixed in just fine without any lumps. The nutrients listed are what I was looking for and it works as it says it does. I personally did not find this to have any kind of strawberry flavor. It literally just tastes like muffin batter to me. Plain muffin batter or pancake batter. It's a weird flavor, but it's neutral and not unappetizing, so I would still get this. If you want it to actually taste like strawberry I would get some strawberry drink mix that you usually add to milk, and put some of that in here to make the flavor happen. But for me it's okay and I will definitely use these.

Just trying this company's product. Buying larger quantities than I would typically buy very satisfied. Using my vacuum food sealer make smaller quantities, so I can eat these over time and keep them fresh. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.
