I put on my breakfast table just slightly off center about two feet from my face. I usually eat my breakfast while reading the paper. It's on maybe 30 to 45 minutes, and I don't look directly into the light. This is my second light. I had one of the large heavy original ones. The new one is much smaller and lighter. I'm very happy with it. It actually works to keep my SAD at bay.

What I have been able to derive from the information provided is: You will absorb 10,000 Lux at the BRIGHTEST Setting: at 6" in 30 minutes; at 12" in 60 minutes, at 18" in 90 minutes at 24" in 120 minutes.

Energy for your brain and body

This has made a huge difference in my daughter’s life! She is studying ballet/ dance full time in the UK…The dreary weather difference of England from where she is from in America( and the fact that she walked to the school before light, no windows in studios, and walked home after 5pm in the winter) was getting her down. As soon as I got this for her( she used it while she puts on her makeup and eats her breakfast) she felt SO much better- happier and energetic! 😎👍🏻☀️

It isn’t compatible with uk adapters and can cause interference with other items such as tv, therefore I will have to return it unfortunately.
