A great safe first model for your kids
Get your kids into astronomy early, with this picturesque mobile of the solar system. Fun and easy to paint and piece together and lots of ready available facts for your kid to learn about the universe around them. It's also a great visual as it demonstrates how the planets around us actually do move.

Perfect Gift for a Young Space Enthusiast
My son is obsessed with space, so this was the perfect gift for him. The instructions were easy to follow, and the paint dried within a couple of hours and was still fresh. While the plastic parts of the model feel a bit cheaply made, my son didn’t mind at all—he loved painting and building it entirely on his own. It now proudly sits in his room as a fun display. I also appreciated that it included an outer space poster, which was a nice added touch

Great project for a kid!
My kiddo enjoyed assembling and painting this set together! The only note I have is that the glow-in-the-dark paint really only faintly glows after exposure to really bright light, and doesn't glow for long. Otherwise, great set, easy to put together, and the paint has held up well!

Fun project
This is a fun kit for children interested in space. As others have mentioned, the planets are small, however you can see some detail in them. I decided to buy acrylic markers instead of using the paints that were included in the kit. The markers I bought were a lot less mess. Make sure you read the instructions to LEAVE the planets in the frame while painting/drawing on them. Overall, it is small, but it was a fun project and the price was decent.

Nice solar system project
It provides hands on learning to our ENL kids about solar system. It was also very easy to build.

Eh, it’s ok
Like most sky related learning tools, this teaches the Heliocentric viewpoint, as if a child was in a space ship or something. We are not. We are on earth. These people need to be reminded to touch grass and look up lol. We have a geocentric viewpoint when we look up. That’s what children see. That is first and best understood. “BUt tHe eArTh rOtAtEs aRoUnD tHe sUn!!!1!”… two things can be true. Navigating in the woods or on the sea using the stars is BEST understood from a GEOCENTRIC perspective. With that being said, some modifications can still be made to this model, to help them understand the ecliptic and all.. but it’s not as easy. Additionally, you can opt out of adding Uranus and Neptune, since we cannot really see those with the naked eye. These people I tell ya lol.
