Looks really nice lit up

This ornament captures an iconic scene from the original Star Trek series — depicting the Hand of Apollo holding the Enterprise in space.I haven’t hung this on my tree yet but I did test out the really cool feature this has of being able to insert a mini LED Christmas string light into the Hand and having it light up! Very cool effect! The Enterprise is also nicely detailed, but closeup, you can see minor flaws (they don’t bother me at all).I bought two; one for me and another as a gift. It’s good that I did as one of the boxes was damaged (I won’t gift that one). They don’t come with a hook or string, but there is a grommet built into the top of the Hand into which you can use whatever hanging method you like. If taken care of, I’m sure that it’ll last a lifetime.It’s just one of those things that you do not need, but it’s a really nice thing to have.

I'm not a StarTrac person so I really can't give an opinion but I know my daughter will be thrilled with this ornament

Finally! An ornament that uses the bulb on the tree. Dealing with my husbands ornaments is a hassle after the first 8 or 10 that go into the light socket Someone decided button batteries were a good idea. Wrong they are a pain to put in and take out especially if you have every single one ever made, and he does lol. This year someone was using their head. You slip the bulb into the ornament and your done. Well done this year. He really liked it.
