I’ve been using these earbuds for a few weeks, and I’m seriously impressed! The sound is top-notch—crystal-clear audio and punchy bass, thanks to the 10mm drivers. The noise-cancelling works wonders, reducing background noise by up to 35dB, and the Transparency Mode lets me stay aware of my surroundings when I need to. They’re incredibly comfortable, too. At just 4.2g, I barely notice them, even after hours of use. The fit is secure, so they stay in place during runs or workouts. Plus, the touch controls are super intuitive. I can easily adjust the volume, skip tracks, or take calls with just a tap. Call quality is clear even in noisy environments, thanks to the 6 microphones and AI noise suppression. And the battery life is impressive—10 hours on a single charge, 50 hours with the case, plus wireless and USB-C fast charging. Overall, these earbuds have exceeded my expectations. Great sound, comfort, noise-cancelling, touch controls, and battery life—highly recommend!

Excellent earbuds with high quality feel, however, after warranty expiration, the mics stopped working properly and keep cutting out at random times. I contacted Treblab directly and their STELLAR customer service is honoring the product out of warranty. EVERY time I contact customer service, they have been MORE than helpful and QUICK to make sure I'm satisfied. I have renewed faith in the direction customer service has been going because of TREBLAB's incredible responsive solutions. THANK YOU Treblab! You have a loyal customer for life...

Too big. My hears hurts and im a 6ft tall male. Not so impressive I would go for the over ear headphones instead those of this brand are good

This is my second set of ear buds in this line, as I lost the first. They were reasonably good quality while they worked, but then quit working and I don't see if there is a warranty. Also, I would say they easily fell out of my ears.

Those earbuds are top for their money. They have a perfect clear sound, and good beats, that make your listening section 100 times better. Treblab x9 pro has a new AI function in which you can listen to music and still hear some frequencies such as talking, and other sounds, which are really helpful when you’re riding a bus and listening to music because you’ll be able to hear stop names and other things. It has a controlling system that you need to get hang of, but it’s pretty easy to remember all of the combinations.

Update: After reading my review below, TREBLAB reached out to me and offered a full refund! Kudos to the company! I did not take advantage, as I had already sold the earbuds to a yard maintenance worker who is around loud equipment every day and they work great for him. --- original review --- Bought for shooting range based on Internet recommendations, hoping to hear ambient noise/voices but cut out gunfire. The Bluetooth pairing was flawless and telephone calls were clear. Three modes: Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) on, ambient noise transparency, ANC off. In ANC mode on or off, all noises are muted (not just loud ones). In transparency mode, no noises are muted including the loud ones. So, not suitable for my purposes... Also, the controls are difficult to manipulate: I kept changing noise modes when all I wanted was to increase the volume. I did not extensively test the music functions, but they seemed fine. For the price, they're not bad, but not as good as my Airpods Pro 2 (which cost more than twice as much, by the way) for music, telephony or noise cancelling. And definitely not suited for a shooting range.

I bought these X9s to replace my X5s. I ran the X5s for years and years and years. I am a cabinet installer so my hands get filthy and sweaty and hot and after handling the earbuds all the time they never crapped out. As the years went by I would use two sets during my very long workdays and use one while the other was recharging. So when they finally started having issues (after 6 yrs!!) I thought I would just get a new set and not have to worry about charging them during a 12 hour day so I got the X9s. They fit perfectly with the collection of different silicone covers and they are very comfortable for hours and hours and hours at a time. They charge really quickly and the battery life is great I can’t say enough good things about TrebLab earbuds!! I put them through hell and they kept on working!!! The X9s are superior to the X5s so i expect years of clear, crisp full sound.
