I can control who enters my home and when, and receive notifications whenever someone locks or unlocks the door.The lock's security features give me peace of mind - fingerprint recognition, PIN code, and UC app, keyless entry.The battery life is impressive, and the lock's design is sleek and modern.

The media could not be loaded. I wasn't sure if I need a smartlock or not, but having experienced one now, I can never go back. And this lock I think is by far the best lock available in the market.I've been using the Native Lock Pro for a while now, and I have to say—it’s absolutely amazing!No more fumbling for keys or waiting for someone to open the door. Unlocking the door with my fingerprint feels futuristic and super convenient—especially during late nights or early mornings. Plus, the lock is incredibly sturdy with its 4-bolt mechanism, making me feel secure.Design (10/10):First off, the design is sleek and modern. It’s caught the attention of my neighbors, who’ve already asked me about it (FOMO). But beyond aesthetics, it’s the functionality that has truly won me over.Reliable Security, no anxiety (10/10):All fingerprints are securely stored on the device, and there’s a backup USB port and emergency key, just in case. Also, there is battery indicator and alerts of low battery on the lock voiceover as well. No anxiety of ever getting locked out of your house. And the lock is super sturdy, inspires confidence with 4 bolts securing the door.Convinience (10/10): Very very convinient, no need to ring the bell or worry about who has the key, leaving behind keys, I think everybody will move to smartlocks in sometime now.-> Fingerprint unlock is what everyone in my family uses, works flawlessly-> OTP unlock rolled out recently to give remote access to anyone e.g. maid, househelp-> Other Unlock Options: Smart card, PIN, master PIN, physical key etc.Bell-link feature (Best feature): 10/10Covering this separately as I loved this feature the most, no need to get up everytime someone rings your bell, which disrupts your flow. You can see who is at the door, and unlock remotely from your smartphone.I wish it worked a bit faster though, it works with 1-2 second delay, I know I am being a bit picky here.App features (9/10)User profiles: Easily set up user profiles for your entire family, adding fingerprints is super easy, everythings works in Urban Company app, no need for a different App :)Love the Unlock History: The app shows who accessed the lock and when, which is super handy for keeping track of visitors, it shows images of all people who visited your door.User-Friendly: Clean, intuitive, and easy to use. Setting up user profiles and adding PINs or fingerprints is a breeze.Only con here would be, that we need to wait for ~5-10 seconds when adding fingerprints, wish it was a bit faster. But I only had to do it once, so I guess it is okay.Installation (9/10): Installation was a breeze with Urban Company, was automatically set up on next day morning. It was done very professionally taking care of my door, they explained all features and set up profiles for family members, gave a walkthrough of the App as well.However, the installation takes time, around ~2-3 hours, so please budget that time, they should inform that while scheduling the installation.

Overall really nice service from Gautam Kumar, he was so polite, explained each and every thing about lock in details. Worked very neatly. About lock it is too early soon update my experience about lock.
