This actually works super good. If for nothing else this will definitely give you the best foot massage after a long day on your feet all day. It comes very well packed and secured and everything is 100% as described in the ad. This is super heavy duty and definitely has some weight to it, but also lightweight enough you can easily maneuver it. It comes with all the correct pieces that it is supposed to have and the instruction manual is easy to read so set up was a breeze. I love that this comes with a remote so I can change the settings on the board without having to bend down and do it manually. This is super powerful and will massage the heck out of your feet. I'm excited to see if it makes a difference in my weight loss Journey as well. Definitely a very quality product and worth every penny for sure! Got to give this a solid 10/10!

I’ve been very intrigued by the idea of these vibration plates for awhile now so I wanted to give one a try. It’s easy to assemble and use out of the box. Just remove the platform, attach the hand holds on each side, add 2 AAA batteries to the remote (not included), and plug the cord in and you’re ready to go. You can press the buttons on the platform itself to cycle through the programs and change intensity etc etc, but you can also do all that with the remote, so it’s much easier to do it that way. So far I’ve tried two of the different pre-programmed exercises. Both were 15 mins long (the timer on the platform counts down by the minute so you know how long you have left), and both were pretty intense. You truly feel the shaking and vibrating throughout your whole body. My heart rate was definitely elevated while using, but not quite to the level it would be if I was on the treadmill or cycling. The platform itself feels super sturdy and secure, and could likely hold someone significantly bigger than myself (approx 150lbs). I feel like at the very minimum, this definitely works to get your blood pumping and circulating throughout your body in a way that might mimic exercise.Three small complaints so far: 1.) the little instruction book doesn’t tell what the programmed settings ARE… you just have to kind of experiment and find out for yourself. A description so you know what you’re choosing going into it would be really nice.2.) probably not the fault of the device, but this think makes me so itchy all over while in use. I did some reading and it sounds like it’s probably because of the increased blood circulation in areas that aren’t used to it. Everything I’ve read indicates that if I continue to use it for another week or so, the itching should eventually stop happening, so I’m really hoping that’s the case. And 3.) minor, but sure would be nice if the remote batteries were included. Luckily I had a couple handy, but I would have been pretty annoyed if I would have had to make a special trip to the store just to use the vibration plate after waiting a decent amount of time for it to arrive in the first place.

I’m a lady in my late 40s and I’m so busy I don’t get out very much I absolutely love this exercise equipment I have followed many YouTube videos while using it and it has become a part of my morning and night routine

THIS WAS EASY TO PUT TOGETHER AND EASY TO USE. I ONLY HAVE USED FOR A SHORT TIME AND SAME WITH MY HUBBY HOWEVER YOU CAN REALLY FEEL YOUR MUSCLES BEING STRETCHED WITH THIS AND I LOVE THAT YOU CAN WORK YOUR ARMS AT THE SAME TIME. THE BOOK THAT COMES WITH THIS ONLY GIVES YOU A COUPLE IDEAS OF DIFFERENT POSITIONS THAT YOU CAN STAND IN HOWEVER YOU CAN DEFINITELY FEEL THOSE DIFFERENT MUSCLES BEING STRETCHED AS YOU MOVE INTO THOSE POSITIONS. I AM SURE YOU CAN LOOK ON THE INTERNET AND FIND OTHER POSITIONS TO STAND IN. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS AND LOOK FORWARD TO ADDING THIS INTO MY DAILY ACTIVITIES. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS AS YOU HAVE A REMOTE SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BEND DOWN TO START ,STOP OR CHANGE THE SETTINGS PLUS YOU HAVE SO MANY DIFFERENT INTENSITIES THERE IS DEFINITELY SOMETHING THAT IS JUST RIGHT FOR YOU.
